21/08/2023: Bella location ma prezzi esagerati se rapportati al servizio, alle quantità ed alla qualità. Abbiamo mangiato due goulash con canederli ( 2 canederli ed un assaggio scarso di goulash) una bottiglia d'acqua, un calice di vino ed una insalata. 50 euro!! Servizio scarso per le lunghe attese. Eravamo clienti affezionati ma non torneremo mai più

17/08/2023: Siamo venuti a mangiare qui con molte aspettative ma non sono state ripagate. Il menù era esiguo per i secondi piatti (delle 4 proposte solo 3 disponibili). Buffet di verdure era con poca scelta perché a fine serata non era stato riassortito. Dolci nella norma. Prezzo caro rispetto al servizio dato. Sulla location nulla da ridire: molto bella, con vista panoramica e ambiente curato e famigliare.

07/07/2026: Highly recommended! The owner, Marianna, and her entire staff always pay special attention to their guests, and for the second year in a row we felt at home, not in a sterile hotel. The Junior Relax Suite is a fabulous room with a huge, comfortable bed. The rooms are always super clean, and the restaurant is varied and truly excellent. And last but not least, for us, this hotel is truly pet-friendly: dogs can come down for dinner and breakfast and enjoy the garden and stream. So after the second year, there will definitely be a third. Thank you all!

06/07/2026: We had high expectations, so let's start with the good things: the room was clean, spacious enough with plenty of outlets, and our dog was very well received. The atmosphere was pet-friendly (the dog could eat with us at the table and roam around the main areas). We were very disappointed, however, because only at dinner did we discover that the half-board package didn't include still water at the table (neither bottled nor tap water). This hadn't even been specified when booking. If we wanted it, we had to pay an extra €5 per liter. I find this amount to be excessive, and when we mentioned it at reception, the response we received was "other hotels in the area do this too," as if an explanation would make this company policy less embarrassing. Another disappointment was the supposed snack included in the half-board package, which was described as such when in reality it was nothing more than some leftovers from breakfast and, more importantly, there wasn't even any drinking water. Just like with dinner, if you asked for it, you were charged extra. Another truly unpleasant situation was the abnormal presence of flies both in the room (one evening we found about twenty, so we had to close the windows and there was no way to regulate the temperature in the room, which was really high for summer) and in the hotel, flies that would happily land on the food, which was not even covered. Another sore point was the pool, which we strongly preferred to relax after the morning excursion, unfortunately the water was cold, and therefore not appropriate for the context. The offer at the pool also stated that drinks and fresh fruit would be available, unfortunately this was only available on Sunday afternoon; on the other days of the week there was nothing. Dinner was truly lacking in both selection and quality, as was breakfast, which was truly poor. Coffee and cappuccino were dispensed from a machine, not by the barista, despite the fact that he was present except for €2.50. Finally, on the day of check-out, I had asked the evening before if breakfast could be served at 7:00 instead of 7:30, but was told it wasn't possible. When we asked for access to the coffee machine and possibly two pre-packaged toasts (which are usually available at breakfast), we were refused. I recommend that the hotel communicate more clearly all the details and costs of the services offered during quotes and bookings.

04/02/2026: A fantastic little hotel with hardworking and incredibly friendly staff. From the owner, Werner, to the lovely ladies at reception—who bring sunshine even in bad weather—to the service staff, who dart around the hotel like weasels. The kitchen team, responsible for the fact that you stand before the appetizer buffet every evening, unsure what to order first. The breakfast is incomparable; they just need to relearn how to boil eggs properly. 🤣 And let's not forget the housekeeping staff who keep the guest rooms and the hotel spotless. Here, the guest isn't just "king," they're a friend.
