25/02/2026: Fantastic mountain hut! We were there for five days of skiing and stopped at this hut every single day. Great selection of food at fair prices, and they even had fresh oysters on offer!! The Kaiserschmarrn and Germknödel were amazing, and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive!! They even served drinks on the benches by the ski slope with a fantastic view! I'm already looking forward to next year 😊

24/02/2026: This place has some of the most jovial and accommodating staff I've ever seen in a busy ski slope restaurant. Really makes you feel on vacation. We came back twice because we were so well treated. The food was also well prepared and the sizes very generous. The coffee here was the best I had this vacation (they also have caffé ginseng). Limited vegetarian options. Clean bathrooms.

04/09/2025: A small mountain hut located in a beautiful valley, accessible via an easy forest road, about an hour's walk from Malga Fane. The owners are very friendly and prepared excellent dishes for us; I recommend trying the Kaiserschmarren. Definitely worth trying again.

23/12/2025: What a beautiful hotel! First, let's talk about the location in Weißenbach. The hotel is situated more or less right at the entrance to the village and is surrounded by beautiful, high mountains. From there, you can embark on some wonderful and challenging hikes, for example, to the Oberer Moosboden or the Chemnitzer Hütte. The rooms are beautifully designed, very clean, and always stocked with fresh (free) water. At breakfast, you're very kindly asked for anything you need and can indulge in the abundant selection at the buffet. Dinner is prepared with so much care and is always plentiful. You can usually choose from one or two appetizers and desserts, and the main courses are generally served in three portions. The staff are so friendly and attentive, and the owner is very dedicated and approachable. All in all, you simply feel comfortable here as a guest and would love to return. Thank you to the team for a wonderful vacation!

18/12/2025: We spent three wonderful days at the Berghotel Alpenfrieden in Rio Bianco and couldn't have asked for more. It was a perfect vacation in every way. Andreas's welcome was truly exceptional: he made us feel welcome right away with his professionalism and warmth. The entire team was incredible: kind, attentive to our every need, and always smiling. The hotel is ideally located for those seeking true relaxation. Rio Bianco is an authentic village where a unique peace reigns and there are very few people, making it a true paradise for unwinding. We loved the annex: the pool and sauna are wonderful, and our little girl had a blast, making her stay special too. The cuisine is excellent, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes, and the cleanliness is unbeatable throughout the property. All this at an excellent value. In short: an experience with top marks. Heartfelt thanks to Andreas and all the staff; we'll definitely be back!

20/02/2026: Very unfriendly staff, I just wanted to go to the toilet with my little sister and we were totally yelled at, in my opinion it was an absolute outrage how we were treated there, for us it is an absolute 0 recommendation.

21/01/2026: Unfortunately, the service doesn't even deserve one star. Very disappointed; it was significantly better in previous years. The atmosphere is also quite run-down. The food wasn't tasty. We unfortunately cannot recommend it.

06/10/2025: We were here for the first time two years ago and again this weekend – and it was wonderful again! Everything feels very homely; everyone is friendly and welcoming. The donkeys in the morning are especially lovely – a real highlight. The food is super fresh and delicious, the rooms cozy and inviting. We'll definitely be back next year!
