Hotel Niedermair

01/04/2024: We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend and were completely satisfied with everything and had super relaxing days at the Hotel Niedermair.
The room was very clean, nice and sustainably furnished.
The view of Meran and Partschins from the balcony was outstanding.
We had a double room in the new building with a balcony.
The breakfast and dinner were sensationally good and regionally prepared.
The hotel attaches great importance to regional food.
We really liked the service and it was simply great.
The wellness area is very well equipped and the panoramic pool is simply great and you can relax very well.
Everything was very clean.
We can highly recommend the hotel.
We would be happy to come back.

03/01/2024: The Niedermair house is located above Partschins in a quiet location with a fantastic view over the valley. Since we booked at short notice, there was only a small, unrenovated double room left for us, which was certainly getting old, but was still clean, had a very comfortable bed and a large balcony.
We particularly enjoyed the sauna area with indoor and outdoor pools and a fantastic relaxation terrace. The breakfast buffet, salad buffet and 4-course menu in the evening were excellent. The icing on the cake is the hard-working staff in all areas of the house. Everyone is incredibly friendly, warm and very professional. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

29/03/2024: An absolute must for every connoisseur! The meat and fish were exceptionally fresh, every bite a tribute to the fine art of cooking. The service was not only extremely thorough, but also incredibly charming - you immediately feel at home. The ambience of the restaurant radiates a cozy warmth that invites you to linger. And if you think it couldn't get any better, 'Bussl and more' surprises you with a grappa on the house - just like that, as a token of their hospitality. Anyone who values quality and an all-round pleasant evening will get their money's worth here.
29/03/2024: Not for the first time here: Attentive service, always fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared plates; Attention to detail, romantic atmosphere in the candlelight in the evening on the terrace; Price-performance is right! Even the local population eats here :).

02/03/2024: There are new tenants who have no idea waiting for 2 hours for the pizza, they had a plate of bacon beforehand, unfortunately no stars are looking for new tenants that the shop is running again

26/12/2023: Oggi 26.12.2023 un favoloso pranzetto con giovani amici. Come già altre volte, sublime tutto!
Antipasti, lumache, fegato di coniglio, e poi il dolce, favoloso, sopratutto per ci ama il cioccolato, da consigliare, una libidine. Poi non plus ultra, i favolosi biscottini fatti in casa, ottimi! Ambiente unico e intimo,
ci si sente a casa. Grazie alle tre fate del Onkel Taa. Nonna Marianne che bada al benessere dei clienti in sala, Janette in cucina che sforna una prelibatezza dopo l'altra e figlia Juliane che con il suo bellissimo sorriso da una mano dove serve. GRAZIE per questa buonissima e bellissima giornata. Buon natale ed a presto.

Luogo ritrovato dopo tantissimi anni . Il luogo merita per la sua particolare location tra arte museo e piante secolari ! Piacevole ! Ma ci ha deluso! I sapori non sono rimasti gli stessi. Nemmeno i prezzi ! Troppo caro per ciò che si mangia .

Wir kommen immer gerne zum Niederhof, freundliche Bedienung alles sauber es gibt nichts zu meckern.jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen.
03/09/2023: Im Angesicht der Abendsonne auf der rustikalen Terrasse des Restaurants mit Blick auf Partschins und Rabland wohlig gesessen und gespeist. Ob vegetarisch oder Fleisch oder Wildgericht. Alles war klasse. Dazu den besten Kaiserschmarrn der Gegend. Und eine reizende, gut gelaunte Wirtin.

25/09/2023: Wir haben im August eine Woche in der Försterhütte nebenan verbracht und jeden Abend (bis auf Mittwoch da hat das Restaurant Ruhetag) führte uns der Weg ins Restaurant. Einfach lecker!!! Super Service von allen! Die Küche ein Genuss. Ein Kompliment an die Köchin Andrea. Alles frisch zu bereitet. Tolle Weine. Und eine Herzlichkeit der Familie, die mit nichts zu übertreffen ist. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so toll gegessen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick ins Tal. Wir kommen gerne wieder. DANKE.
25/08/2023: Tanti tanti complimenti! Trovato per caso durante il viaggio di rientro, abbiamo pranzato in mezzo alla natura. Locale a conduzione familiare che offre piatti eccellenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e porzioni davvero abbondati. Abbiamo mangiato canederli con finferli, strudel con panna e torta allo yogurt. Che dire? Buonissimi.
Ideale per chi ha bambini per la presenza di un parco giochi e animali da fattoria.
Siamo stati davvero bene e speriamo di tornarci presto.

27/09/2023: Schade! Mit wenig könnte man hier mehr draus machen …
Die Wirtin, eher derb. Die Mehrbettzimmer inakzeptabel eng! Essen …. Oookeeeeh.
Aber Katzen, die erst durch den Dreck (Blumenkästen) laufen und dann über die tische turnen, naja, ich finds ekelig…
Frühstück mit Abstand das liebloseste auf dem ganzen Meraner Höhenweg. Dabei ist genau das doch kein großes Thema. Vor allem die Brötchen waren einfach nur frech….! Ich muss da zum Glück nimmer hin! Werde aber sicher jeden davor ‚warnen‘hier zu bleibe n!
Aber vielleicht ändert sich ja was!?
25/07/2023: Im Rahmen des Meraner Höhenweges war dies ein Etappenziel.
Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich. Küche ist gut.
Frühstück ist ein bisschen ausbaufähig

27/09/2023: Früher waren wir Stammgäste.
Vor einem Monat wurden wir vom Wirt weggeschickt wegen technischer Probleme.
Letztes Mal wurden wir weggeschickt, weil es voll war. Um 18:15 Uhr.
Die Wirtin wirkte völlig überfordert. Ihr Verhalten war unprofessionell.
Schade. Leider nicht mehr das, was es mal war.

13/09/2023: Es war ein Wiederholungsbesuch auf der Schutzhütte. Zuletzt war ich vor 6 Jahren dort. Das Team um Paul hat sich verändert, aber die Leidtung stimmt weiter ohne jeden Abzug!
Die Einkehr auf dem Meraner Höhenweg lohnt sich und trotz der vielen anderen Almen sollte man hier ein Rast einplanen. Es ist die Symbiose aus Mensch-Natur-Gastro-Tier und Tourismus.
Hervorragendes Essen, tagesfrische Kuchen, ein ehrlich freundliches Team, alles sehr sauber.
Wir sind im Lager über Nacht geblieben am 7. Tag unserer Alpenüberquerung von Oberstdorf nach Meran. Es war gesamtheitlich die Beste Hütte.
Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder.
Danke an das Team für die tollen Momente.
30/07/2023: Dopo la salita della ferrata, impegnativa nel secondo tratto e in un ambiente suggestivo, ci siamo fermati per il pranzo. Al termine il nostro commento è stato "siete i migliori!". Organizzazione, cordialità, qualità e prezzi giusti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Bravissimi.

23/09/2023: Das Essen war gut. Nichts super besonderes aber total bodenständig. Der neue Anbau war etwas hell. Wirkte leider nicht so gemütlich und war deutlich kühler. Die „alten“ Stuben hingegen waren toll!
29/08/2023: Netter Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Zanderfilet auf Salat. Kross gebraten! Würde ich wieder nehmen!
