27/01/2025: Very nice place, typical South Tyrolean atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and managed to find a place for me and my partner despite the little advance booking on Saturday evening. We had a pizza and a slice of beef. We informed the staff of my gluten intolerance and the chef was available to offer me an alternative suited to my needs. The tiramisu is also highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

26/01/2025: We had dinner with my boyfriend last night at this place, absolutely nothing to say. Cheap, good food, helpful staff. Fantastic tiramisu. If there is a way we will return. Advised.

15/02/2025: I really like this place. It has hearty Südtiroler Food in a down-to-earth atmosphere. I have been coming here for a couple of years and the food is consistently very very solid. This place is also a centre of the community here in Deutschnofen, with the bowling, the football outside. There are some rooms in the restaurant that are more formal than the area around the bar. One tip - it’s popular so book in advance on a Friday or Saturday night - at all times of the year. If I could make a suggestion for an improvement - have a smoke free area on the terrace/balcony - not everybody wants to have their taste and smell ruined whilst enjoying a sub-downer dinner outside.

26/01/2025: 01/20/2025 . A mountain hut in a beautiful location with a wonderful view. Good food and current prices with the location. A break from skiing and always a nice spot for relaxation

09/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati per caso andando in Val di Fassa (via Carezza) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sistemata l'auto nel comodo parcheggio di pertinenza siamo stati cordialmente accolti dai giovani ragazzi che si occupano del servizio che ci hanno sistemato un tavolo rapidamente e fatti accomodare nella piccola ma confortevole sala. In breve tempo siamo stati serviti e abbiamo potuto apprezzare sia l'eccellente qualità del cibo che le porzioni (generose) nonché la buona scelta di vini (anche al calice) da abbinare. Cucina tipica della zona, senza fronzoli eccessivi ma di sostanza e indubbia qualità delle materie prime, cucinate molto bene e servite con garbo e professionalità. Prezzi assolutamente onesti e commisurati alla qualità del cibo. Da non trascurare ambiente piacevole, pulito e servizi igienici perfetti e riforniti di tutto il necessario. Aggiungo, ulteriore punto a favore, che hanno orari abbastanza flessibili (almeno a pranzo) in quanto hanno accolto e fatto accomodare, sempre con un sorriso, persone anche oltre le h 14:00. Una piacevolissima sorpresa che consiglio a chiunque cerchi una proposta informale di qualità a prezzi onesti.

03/02/2025: Eravamo sperduti in un hotel vicino, base per riprendere il viaggio verso l'hotel di destinazione, cercando un pò ci siamo imbattuti nell'Adler e cosi abbiamo prenotato. Stile ovviamente sudtirolese, personale giovane ed efficiente; il menù aveva diverse proposte tipiche interessanti ma noi, da bravi provincialotti, ci siamo dedicati alla scelta della pizza. Pizze che sono fuori dal comune, buone, anche se obiettivamente un po' care.

21/01/2025: Food is quite fine like for this type of place. But other things like broken and dirty toilet are not so fine. It was also not possibile to pay by card at the bar outside.

17/01/2025: Service in the off-season is already overwhelmed. No straws and spoons for lumbumba. The toilet outside is worse than a train station toilet, stench, full toilets, broken toilet bowls, etc. The last time it was cleaned was probably in the summer... Disgusting

09/02/2025: Very great hotel in a TOP location. Perfect starting point for hiking, biking and skiing. From the ski cellar, directly to the slopes. We have been happy to come back for many years. Kudos to Anton and his team

14/01/2025: Beautiful, modern and functional room in the main building. Some with balcony. Everything well maintained and clean. Owners and employees always very friendly and helpful. We stayed here with motorbikes for a week. Unfortunately, there are a few covered parking spaces.

02/01/2025: We stopped for lunch in this welcoming place on December 27th after a snowshoe hike with the friendly Ernst Zanotti. From advice I chose the fabulous pork ribs with the abundant side dish, my family and other friends chose other equally excellent dishes. To be recommended.

01/01/2025: Went there today and once again we were disappointed. We were there last year too and it was catastrophically bad. The ambience is convincing, the food is okay but the service is the last thing. Last year we waited 2 hours for food and were always served with unfriendly excuses. Unfortunately, the second chance today was not used. The entire service team did a good job of coming across as unprofessional as possible. The menus are laminated sheets, there weren't enough glasses and especially not in the sizes. 0.4 drinks were put into 0.3. Unfriendly, stupid and not insightful. Simply unprofessional. The food was okay. The ambience is also good. The store has much more potential than was made of it. The way up isn't worth it.
