Excellent prices.
06/07/2025: A place that has a nice menu, from pizza (good) to well-prepared typical dishes, placed on the terrace and inside. Average prices, closed on Sundays, a shame because tourism on the weekends needs open places.

Too expensive!!!!
Sun loungers, children's playground. Sun and shaded areas. OK view.
Located in a wind corridor.
Very touristy and crowded. Not particularly idyllic.
Beautiful hiking and biking opportunities.
Accessible by chairlift, even outside of Italian school holidays. The hut and chairlift were open during the Bavarian Whitsun holidays.

01/07/2025: It was a wonderful place for a relaxing week, but also for a week of great adventures on motorcycle tours.
We were there for the first time, on the recommendation of a friend. Our expectations were considerably exceeded. The motorcycles were protected in the basement of a specially constructed carport, the rooms, including the landlady, were extremely nice and friendly, and the food is sensational.
From here, you can set off to explore all the wonderful regions of the South Tyrolean Alps; nothing is left to be desired! We'd love to come back again and again.

15/03/2025: The hotel is located about 30 meters from the ski slope, its location makes it very good. If you expect 3 stars, the hotel will pleasantly surprise you, if there were 4 stars, it would be standard.
The services were at a high level, breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs and omelette at breakfast for an additional charge of €3), but the choice was varied, but it did not change at all during our week's stay. Dinners were served, always several courses, always very tasty food.
The rooms are clean and quite spacious, the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor (we were on the third), but that was not a problem for us. Wifi worked very well, but it did not reach the room further away from the room.
The hotel has a gym, saunas and a relaxation area as well as two swimming pools (the larger one is colder, the smaller one with a whirlpool) and a paddling pool.
21/02/2025: The hotel is very nicely located. Right on the ski slopes. Rooms very good, food fantastic and the staff just great. I have a food allergy to protein from 🐟 fish. No problems at all. I was immediately given something else for dinner. Dinner always consists of 5 courses, where you can choose the starter and the main course. Conclusion, a really great hotel with really great staff. Thank you!!!

07/03/2025: excellent restaurant/pizzeria. Well furnished environment, in typical mountain style. Excellent pizzas tasted by the guys in the group while I ate a fillet with green pepper, soft enough on potato rosti and grilled vegetables. To finish, excellent warm chocolate cake.
28/02/2025: Delicious food and efficient service. We had dinner twice with a group of friends and everyone liked it. I highly recommend it.

29/06/2025: The waitress was very sweet and good, but I didn't think the food was anything to write home about. There are only a few dishes to choose from, so I choose the steak, medium. I get a generously well-done steak, and I was asked if it was too done before I had cut it. Then I quickly cut it, indeed too done. Sent it back. The next attempt was still almost raw. I wouldn't order the steak here.. my husband's burger was tasty. I also ordered raspberry juice, but it turned out to be lemonade, also a bit disappointing. The chocolate cake for dessert was okay. It doesn't taste homemade, a bit dry.
I would come back for the restaurant and the service, but I would order something else...
28/06/2025: A bar with a very retro style but essentially functional even if everything is entrusted to an excellent waitress/barista who while serving at the tables and cutting a slice of cake, simultaneously gives change to those who pay in cash. All without the need for a cashier. Amazing! The coffee is quality even if with a very robust note. Ample parking and the possibility of consuming outside with a view of the street....

15/06/2025: In the surroundings of the Pietralba sanctuary you can opt for a lunch in this typical South Tyrolean mountain hut… about 1.30 from the convenient parking lot, you can get there by different routes, the most convenient is 1B; typical food, good, normal price… if you want you can also get there by bike or car…
04/06/2025: Partly very steep climb (forest trail). Very friendly and attentive service. We only had a drink. Prices were OK.

16/06/2025: Price was fine but no steakhouse and no hot tub as advertised. The illusion is given that it is in the village but that is not the case. Food is possible in a restaurant around the corner that is good.

20/07/2025: Bellissimo posto, ottimo cibo. Peccato per la lunghissima attesa per i nostri piatti, 2 ore e mezzo per poter riuscire a mangiare una pietanza, nonostante avessimo fatto la prenotazione
13/07/2025: Malga raggiungibile in poco tempo con sentiero semplicissimo da Passo Lavaze', a quota 1750 mt. Struttura caratteristica, con parco giochi esterno e pista da bowling per bambini. Mangiare molto buono e prezzi in linea con le altre malghe della zona. Ho provato i canederli, ottimi! Personale gentile e sorridente.

22/03/2025: My girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to an à la carte lunch in this mountain hut, avoiding the self-service for a more refined meal. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant.
I ordered a main course of pork, mushrooms and rice. To my great surprise I found a WORM on my plate.
Shocked, I asked the waitress for explanations, who initially tried to downplay it, telling me that it was a sprig of rosemary. An unacceptable response, given that it was clear that he was a worm. I showed the photo to confirm my impression, but despite the evidence, the waitress continued to deny it.
I understand that the girl was not at fault, but what I find shameful is that neither the owner nor the chef deigned to come to the table to apologize. Serving a worm on a plate is a very serious mistake, and the least you can expect is an admission and a sincere apology.
In the end, I wasn't charged for the dish (and of course), but no one had the courage to take responsibility for what happened. This is not catering, it is lack of respect for the customer. A place that behaves in this way does not deserve to be trusted.
28/02/2025: Personale pessimo, volevamo pranzare al ristorante ma la cameriera in modo molto maleducato ci ha lanciato un menu, senza farci accomodare, poi quando ho chiesto di potermi sedere visto che la bambina era stanca ci ha risposto che dovevamo attendere nonostante il ristorante fosse vuoto! Siete fortunati ad avere poca concorrenza…

16/04/2025: the Platzl is an institution in Obereggen. The place is splendid, on the slopes, with a splendid glass veranda that lets the sun come in and see the snow. The environment is clean and the service is courteous and efficient. We ate very well, good and nutritious traditional dishes, in a comfortable and comfortable environment.
15/04/2025: Unfortunately, this shop is not a good advertisement for the Obereggen ski area
