22/07/2026: The product "Snack al formaggio" (Cheese Snack) is an absolute outrage. The packaging says "Cheese Snack," then shows pictures of cheese, and from the outside, the product even looks like cheese slices. Everything points to pure cheese that has been roasted, dried, and packaged. When I tried the product, it turned out to be cheap wafers (which had been specially shaped so that you wouldn't recognize them as wafers from the outside and would think they were cheese) with a faint cheesy taste... and all for €4! Completely misleading packaging and description. I do not recommend buying this, and it reflects very poorly on the company.

17/08/2023: Devo dire che tra tutte le passeggiate fatte in valle aurina non è quella che mi resterà particolarmente in mente. Abbiamo lasciato la macchina al parcheggio Ebner e poi abbiamo fatto il primo tratto nel bosco, bello (in alternativa c’è la forestale che abbiamo percorso per l’ultimo tratto al ritorno). Il resto dellla strada che va alla malga è una strada sterrata in parte ombreggiata, in parte soleggiata. La vista dalla malga non è chissà che, bello sicuramente vedere caprette “domestiche”, muccone e asinello pascolare. Forse sarebbe stato meglio mangiare all’interno, che è carino, Il cibo è assolutamente nella media, ho preso i canederli pressati in brodo, niente di memorabile. Il personale è molto molto gentile, quel che è giusto è giusto. Una cosa che mi è piaciuta molto è una specie di salottino all’aperto, per leggere, prendere il sole dopo pranzo ecc…Molto molto carina come idea. Mi dispiace tanto fare recensioni non positive, ma sinceramente a mangiare non ci tornerei.

28/07/2023: Malga molto bella in posizione molto panoramica! Cibo buono e personale davvero gentile e cordiale!... Non difficile da raggiungere tramite strada forestale e camminata di poco più di un'ora. Altrimenti si può scegliere di fare giro più lungo e più impegnativo (molto più ripido), andando prima alla WoolbachAlm e da lì prendere sentiero che sale su, per poi "tagliare trasversalmente" nel bosco fino a sbucare alla HollenzAlm. Molto molto più bello, ma come detto da mettere in preventivo più fatica!

19/10/2025: Hungry after a business trip, I decided to check if there was another Chinese restaurant in Laives, having already eaten at other Chinese restaurants in South Tyrol. Confident I'd made an excellent choice this time too, I went. However, it absolutely didn't live up to my expectations. Upon entering, I noticed a strong smell of fried food, which is actually common among these restaurants. However, since it's underground and there are no lights on, I thought I was in the wrong place. I walked through the entrance arch and was greeted by the waitress. I noticed I was the only customer. This was my first warning sign. Nothing stopped me from ordering my usual trio: grilled ravioli, rice dumplings, and sweet and sour pork. I was told the ravioli would take about 15 minutes to come out. The dumplings arrived, an unusual shape, but I ate them. The flavor seemed good, with a slight stale aftertaste, but I didn't notice it at first. After 15 minutes, the ravioli arrive; they're limp, watery, and taste almost like they've gone bad. The filling is very, very dark, but the (non)light in the room doesn't help me clearly distinguish what's inside. I eat it because it seems bad to leave it all there. I can't quite bring myself to repeat the same reasoning when the sweet and sour pork arrives. It's tough, and the sauce is neither sweet nor sour, it has nothing to do with it. I chew the first piece, trying to understand what I'm eating, but the fried exterior tastes like something made a few days ago. I take a second piece, wash it down with a large glass of water. I give up. I go pay. An experience not to be repeated.
