29/12/2025: A mid-range restaurant, not very welcoming.
The menu also includes pizza, Indian options, and a few South Tyrolean dishes.
I ordered the classic onion steak: good, but not exactly typical.
The manager, however, is very friendly and helpful, as well as quick.

17/10/2025: Delivery was fast, the food was hot and well packaged. We even ordered for our granddaughters since they were our son's guests. Trust me!
21/08/2025: I'm sorry, but after trying the greasy pizza and burgers, I've also tried them at other places, and they agree they're not good. I hope they change and improve, but I won't be ordering anything from there again.

14/10/2025: This morning I stopped at Bistro 184 for breakfast, drawn by the refined and tranquil atmosphere. I ordered a Nutella-filled croissant and a coffee, and I must say it was a great start to the day.
The croissant was fresh, fragrant, with the Nutella just warm—a perfect combination of aroma and sweetness. The coffee was well-made, served with courtesy and a smile, which never hurts.
I also liked the atmosphere: clean, bright, with discreet background music and well-spaced tables. The atmosphere is calm, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a place I would gladly return to for a quiet breakfast or to start the day with a bit of flavor and serenity.
30/07/2025: Super! I like the way the staff or the owner treat us very best. Not like other typical italian staff.
The atmosphere also so cute! Sitting outside and enjoying yourself far from city centre.

15/12/2025: I went for pizza with my family (I'd never done that before). The place was empty (and only now do I understand why). The pizzas were so hard they looked like Frisbees. Not crispy, just hard and unsightly. I strongly advise against it.
14/12/2025: Not even one star, so rude, especially the girl, no hospitality or good customer service, disappointing service and poor quality products they use, avoid and save money. We were still sitting down when these people started mopping and cleaning with toxic products that smell so bad, this is called rudeness.

18/01/2025: Eravamo già passati l’anno scorso per una pizza e ci siamo recati nuovamente in questa struttura per una serata pizza, confermando la bontà della stessa. I prezzi sono leggermente più bassi delle strutture in zona ed il servizio è rapido ed efficace. Certamente i locali non sono all’ultimo grido ma per una buona ed onesta pizza ne vale la pena! Certamente consigliato per una serata in pizzeria.
24/11/2024: Il bar e la cassa per pagare presenta tre gradini e non è accessibile per i clienti in sedia a rotelle. Quando è stata l’ora che dovevo pagare, la cameriera è caduta dal pero, come se non avesse mai visto una persona con la carrozzina che paga. Ho fatto notare che dovevano mettere una rampa e che sono fuori legge, oltre che irrispettosi verso i clienti, e il titolare ha fatto finta di non sentirmi, borbottando alla cameriera “siamo spiacenti” senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia e senza cogliere il suggerimento di porre una rampa (costo 50 euro, gliel’ho pagata io con le due pizze che ho ordinato) per mettere fine alla discriminazione.
Maleducati, abilisti e vergognosi.
Ho dovuto pagare passando dal retro del ristorante con la cameriera che mi ha portato il pos.
Inoltre per la presenza dei gradini nemmeno il bar è raggiungibile.
Esperienza orribile e umiliante, spero passi la finanza e i carabinieri e qualcuno di Laives faccia una diffida in comune, perché per la legge 67/2006 sono passabili di denuncia.

02/05/2025: Ho pranzato al Gasthof Albergo Schneiderwiesen e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Il cibo non era all'altezza delle aspettative, in particolare lo strudel, che si è rivelato molto deludente e privo di gusto. Inoltre, la sala in cui abbiamo pranzato dopo la nostra camminata aveva un odore di umido, rendendo l'atmosfera poco invitante. Sebbene il luogo possa essere adatto per famiglie, non lo consiglio a chi cerca un'esperienza culinaria di qualità. In definitiva, non sono rimasto soddisfatto e non credo che tornerò.

15/05/2025: Comunione di mia figlia nel 2013, delusione infinita per tutti gli invitati. Pietanze di scarsa qualità e non curate. Mi ricordo ancora i maltagliati serviti, erano tutti impaccati sembravano appena tolti dal freezer e buttati nell’acqua senza mescolare.
Da dimenticare quel posto…..

ristorante con atmosfera, personale attento e disponibile e molto qualificato, sempre con il sorriso (cosa rara di questi giorni), entrambi vegetariani si sono resi disponibili all’ultimo momento di creare un menù ad hoc! Complimenti!!! le portate erano perfette ed impiattate ad arte… tutto perfetto! Grazie e a presto!!
