19/05/2025: Stumbled on this restaurant as one of the few places open in the village on a Sunday. Great welcome and service, a lovely outside area and delicious food.
We had the tagliatelle con salsa di noci (creamy walnut sauce) which was very tasty, and the traditional goulash.

19/05/2025: Very delicious, down-to-earth, and regional food. We had a fantastic asparagus soup, a very fine carpaccio, classic asparagus with ham, and tagliatelle with shrimp, as well as two desserts – every single meal was very, very good. The table next to us was also happy with their choice 😉. And it's located on a great hiking trail (stroller-friendly) between Seiser Alm Camping and Prösels Castle…

06/05/2025: Wonderful cabin, well maintained. A great stop even in cloudy or rainy weather. We had the soups and the Kaiserschmarren - super tasty and generous. Very nice and courteous service and chef! Absolute recommendation.

02/06/2025: Dopo aver parcheggiato nella zona del Castello ed aver imboccato il Sentiero 6a nel bosco, tutto ombreggiato, dopo circa 40 minuti siamo giunti in questo meraviglioso ristorante. (bello sia all' esterno sia all' interno). Personale squisito. Abbiamo pranzato con tris di canederli, piatto dell' "affumicato", tagliere di salumi e formaggi,insalate dell' orto come contorno, vino bianco, acqua, grappe, caffè. Servizio pronto, accurato, veloce, qualità della materia ottima. Salutato, ringraziato per la bella esperienza, abbiamo ripreso la via del bosco.
15/05/2025: Great little find. We are stopping in one of the 3 bed apartments and the hosts couldn't be more helpful. Martha met us with a big smile and handshake, showed us round the apartment and told us about the restaurant (they run) and the fresh food they produce. Pigmy goats, calves, chickens. Fresh eggs, bacon, bread and all the meat in the restaurant is home grown too. Ate in the restaurant last night. Excellent 👌
It's like a 5 star hotel without all the airs and graces. Superb and would dedo recommend 👌 👍 🥳

11/03/2025: No holiday in Fiè without at least a visit to the Binderstube. We always enjoy staying here as family and friends and have never been disappointed once. The service, and here I really mean every single person, is extremely friendly and attentive, we always look forward to seeing you again and we always feel welcome. The food is creative, delicious, has always been tasty and every age and every taste preference gets their money's worth. Even our daughters always look forward to visiting and eating. The selection of wine is well coordinated and balanced. If you are not an expert, you can also get personal and competent advice on wine matters. We will definitely come back!

30/04/2025: Wir sind beim Abendessen total über den Tisch gezogen worden 42.00€ für Spargel( ohne Fleisch) Für 2Aperol 21,00€ leider haben wir es erst zuhause gemerkt, es kam mir am Anfang schon etwas teuer vor.
26/04/2025: Typical Tyrolean restaurant with excellent cuisine and fast and friendly service. Ample parking. Very well-kept children's playground and several animals to see.

The two of us ate here today. The ambiance is breathtaking, and the food was amazing, too.
A very friendly waitress served us, and a cute dog entertained our dog ;)
We were also very surprised at how affordable the price was, despite the good wine.
We'd be happy to go back again.
17/05/2025: The view is breathtaking, and the food definitely holds up. The wine is homemade and excellent. I ate one of the best cordon bleu dishes of my life here. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable, so I truly recommend it! We'd love to come back when we're on holiday here.

01/02/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Heubad for a skiing holiday and it was just as nice as it was 6 years ago, the rooms were clean and large, the wellness area left nothing to be desired, the breakfast was varied and delicious and the evening menu was always a highlight
13/01/2025: Excellent hotel in a convenient location for travel (Bolzano 20 minutes away, as is the Alpe di Siusi). Large and comfortable rooms. The fact of having two bathrooms was much appreciated, one with a shower and sink and the other with a bidet, toilet and another small sink. The only small flaw was that the pillows were too low, but to be honest we didn't ask if they had any others. The SPA is very beautiful with Turkish bath, classic sauna, hay sauna, relaxation area, gym and indoor swimming pool. In summer there is also an outdoor swimming pool. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. In the three days of our stay, the three dinners were always excellent, with various dishes well cooked and well presented. Very efficient and friendly staff. There were 10 of us and a room was reserved just for us. A special thanks to Erica who served and pampered us with diligence and joy.
In conclusion, highly recommended!

23/08/2024: Great location, brilliant hiking trail from the valley. Then the Kaiserschmarren at the top of the hut. Awesome.
16/08/2024: A place where pure hospitality and friendliness still exists. We are so happy that we accidentally ended up at the Sesselschwaige. What warm and sweet people Elmar and Lydia are. From moment 1 we and our children felt welcome. Delicious food, which was largely prepared according to traditional methods.
In short, a true pearl in South Tyrol!

08/03/2025: Absolutely fabulous. Enchanting surroundings, impeccable service. Best for trekking, lake dipping. Slopes are easy to reach too. The spa facilities are great. Some rooms are older than others but good anyway. Fairly priced.
I strongly recommend it.
17/01/2025: We recently had the great pleasure of being hosted for the week around New Year's Eve together with my family and a couple of friends by this structure. Structure immersed in a wonderful park with frozen lake Fiè. The entire structure is very clean, the relaxation area overlooks the park. Excellent cuisine, rich breakfast and always plenty of choice and variety. Top chef. Everyone is always very smiling and welcoming. Judith the owner, very helpful and welcoming especially with my two furry friends (two mini toy poodles) who always allowed us to take them to breakfast and dinner in the carrier. Thank you for the beautiful torchlight procession after dinner around Lake Fiè, always guided by Judith with sweets and hot drinks on our return. A great emotion every evening in looking at a starry sky like we had never seen before. Upon returning to Rome 5 days after our departure from the hotel, I realized that I had forgotten a gold necklace with a pendant that I was very attached to, in the pocket of the bathrobe that I put on to go to the SPA, I immediately called the hotel, without much hope trying to see if she had been found. After an hour and a half Judith called me back telling me she had found her. Now my necklace is with me again and I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart for their seriousness. A wonderful holiday, a highly recommended place. Thanks to Giovanna for her availability.

22/10/2024: Ho avuto una piacevole esperienza! L'ambiente è davvero piacevole ed accogliente accompagnato da buon cibo, perfetto anche per le famiglie con bambini. Consiglio vivamente di visitarlo!
08/10/2024: Mi aspettavo di meglio. A parte vedere i cammelli e fare una faticata enorme per arrivare, pensavo di avere un ottimo menu. A parte le celestine in brodo e qualcos'altro di bolognese, non ho visto grandi cose altoatesine. Abbiamo preso una kaiserschlammer: buona ma non eccezionale. A 16 euro l'una. un quartino di vino che in altri ristoranti potevo prendere una bottiglia. Ma hanno ragione loro: tutto pieno. E' colpa nostra, dei turisti che ancora in ottobre occupano la regione.
