05/03/2025: We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 4 nights, the room was very comfortably furnished and super clean. The hotel is located directly on the lake. The kitchen... a dream!... have rarely eaten so well, and the breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired. The manager of the house is very friendly and nice, and all the employees looked after us with professionalism and warmth. The spa area is very well maintained and stylishly furnished. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

Conclusion: Friendly staff, a good location, and a wide range of options make this refreshment stop at the mountain station highly recommended for skiers looking for a quick and easy break.

04/04/2025: Very nice ski chalet. Optimally located in close proximity to all available cable cars. The altitude ensures plenty of quality snow. Sufficiently equipped. You don't really need anything more. Cozy interior. Clean and tidy everywhere. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The morning buffet is rich and varied. Before dinner, a large selection of food for those who are against animal food. Dinner always got us. A real treat. And the desserts... Desserts? If someone updates Michelin Maps, their desserts and the chef who creates them deserve to have their place on this map. We were satisfied. Thank you. We will be back.

17/03/2025: Positive: - Very nice, sparkling clean suite, friendly staff - Good multi-course menu in the evening for €29 - Good breakfast - Ski room accessible from the outside with a separate lockable locker - Price/performance is good Negative: - Moody strange innkeeper with several inappropriate comments. The “great, friendly hospitality” that we are usually used to in South Tyrol is not present here at all. - The location is right next to the loud, extremely busy main road SS40 "Sleeping like on the median strip of the motorway". - Outside St. Valentine. Conclusion: We will no longer book the hotel!

06/02/2025: We were there at lunchtime with a ski group of 5 people. The hut was quite full - thanks to the weather and the good atmosphere. Unfortunately, this was also noticeable in the service. After I received my drink, I wanted to order something to eat. However, the two waitresses who delivered orders were unable to accept any new ones. Unfortunately, it was also not possible to get the attention of other waitresses, which is why I was no longer able to order food.

03/02/2025: The staff was both friendly and helpful, although other people ate a full meal while I was waiting for two drinks to explain how I had to wait for TWO DRINKS. Since I didn't order any food, I can't provide any information about it.
