17/08/2025: We managed to get a room at short notice while on a bike tour. The room was newly renovated, plenty of space, an elevator, a great breakfast, and bike storage—what more could you want? We had a great evening meal there, and the staff were consistently friendly—all in all, a fantastic experience.

31/08/2025: This hotel boasts clean, tastefully furnished rooms with sweeping views of Lake Resia. The spa area and pools are perfect for relaxing on a rainy day or after a hike. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The cuisine is truly excellent, with a variety of tasty dishes. Congratulations!!

01/08/2025: More than just an excellent hotel 👍🏻 It's a shame that prices have tripled in just a few years, unlike other hotels in Trentino where you get the same services for half the price.

20/08/2025: An experience in a beautiful summer retreat! We stayed here with a 3-year-old child, returning from a vacation in Austria to enjoy the silence and nature. The retreat is very beautiful, clean and tidy, as are the rooms, but what amazed us most was the food...fantastic!!! We'd love to return in the winter, given its location right on the slopes.

17/09/2025: The host isn't exactly customer-oriented. I understand that some cases are complicated, but one shouldn't get rude about them. Specifically: First, upon arrival: There was no one at reception and no bell. We then found a cleaning lady who let us know. We hadn't needed the half-board option and were considering using it after all. Around 5:30, I wanted to quickly ask about breakfast time and saw that salad was already prepared. I asked if I could help myself, and the answer was yes. When I took something from a drawer while looking for cutlery, I apparently crossed a line: "This isn't a self-service restaurant. If you don't have time to eat, please find another hotel." I didn't understand the further scolding. This seemed to seal our relationship. At breakfast, there was a note saying we should ask if we wanted eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. We sat at breakfast for 45 minutes. During that time, even after actively searching, we only found the cleaning lady, who couldn't help us. Our farewell was correspondingly less than cordial. Sleeping was a bit difficult for me because there's a relatively bright green light that can't be turned off. Personally, I don't like the location that much. I prefer either a place that also has a small supermarket, etc., or a really quiet location, far from the Reschen Pass.

13/09/2025: Great, modern hotel. Excellent service and cuisine. Not something you find very often as a dog owner. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Very good value for money.
