05/10/2025: A perfect stop on the Via Claudia route: delicious dinner, hotel bar, great sleep, and a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely go back.

18/10/2025: We booked the hotel through a major discount retailer. Four nights with half board at a great price. We were not disappointed! Very nice owners, very friendly service, a great dinner with three main courses to choose from, and a pizza evening with delicious pizza from the menu. With the South Tyrol Guest Card and the bus stop just a few meters from the hotel, we're always mobile without a car. The friendliness and warmth of the owners, who go to great lengths, is remarkable, especially considering the behavior of some guests. I just can't expect a five-star hotel in a three-star hotel, especially not at this price. A great stay at the hotel; we'd love to come back.

22/10/2025: A thoroughly enjoyable break at the lakeside hotel. A fantastic location, a beautiful suite with a sea view, superb food (half board), an excellent wellness area with professional infusions, a superbly equipped bicycle garage, and much more... And, especially noteworthy: the incredibly friendly staff, from the concierge to the cleaning staff and the restaurant. I've rarely experienced anything like it. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back.

06/10/2025: What a great restaurant! We were here at the beginning of October. It wasn't busy, but the ambiance is simply wonderful. A great restaurant with a great interior. A large terrace where you can certainly sit in the summer, and the food was simply fantastic. Even though I probably made the chef cry when I ordered the bacon dumplings with fries instead of soup, my wish was granted. The service was simply fantastic and very friendly. We'd love to come back here when we're in the area. The cable car ride up is definitely worth it. And the prices are absolutely reasonable, too.

18/10/2025: A modern, beautiful hotel with a great, spacious room. The service was always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and the half-board meals were delicious, fresh, and regional. Our dog was also welcome and allowed in the restaurant. A great base for walks by the lake, as well as long or short hikes. We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Alpenrose!
