02/11/2025: Spot just outside our Airbnb, and what a place it is. Amazing food, warm service and hospitality, a local favourite it seems. Bustling with families and friends. Warm, cosy and delicious. Had back to back 2 meals here. Might go again for dinner tonight.

28/10/2025: We were so sad that this restaurant was closed on our last night in the town. It was our fault for not checking the opening times! We came here on our first night and loved it. We ordered a pizza and pasta and the waiter was helpful in letting us know that portions were big and indeed they were. Service was attentive and friendly. And the garlic sauce!! We loved dipping the pizza crusts in the sauce...not sure if that was the intended purpose. It reminded me of the garlic sauce that pizza hut used to have in Australia?? . And my husband loved the apple strudel, he never stops talking about it.

04/11/2025: The hotel is located in a lovingly renovated 14th-century building. All the rooms are very cozy, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is exceptionally fresh and features high-quality products. Thank you for your kindness and the wonderful time we spent with you!

01/10/2025: A welcoming refuge with a spectacular view: we enjoyed a rich and flavorful platter, an excellent salad with sauerkraut and speck, tripe soup, and a truly delicious grappa. The staff were delightful, highly recommended!

29/09/2025: We've been to the Turmwirt many times. My in-laws are from the area. We even considered holding our wedding there. The menu was already set. Unfortunately, I came to dinner alone with my wife and child. We were treated rudely, almost hostilely. The food was then served reluctantly. We wanted sour beef for the main course. That was probably too much to ask for. The portion was tiny and ridiculously expensive. We will never visit this restaurant again. I would advise all vacationers to avoid it.

30/11/2025: I chose the brewery over the other restaurants because I wanted to eat what you'd usually eat at a brewery, but they only offered me two types of sandwiches, which seems a poor choice for a 5:00 PM meal, especially considering the Christmas markets that are open and offer the same thing. I chose the farmer's sandwich, but it was already dripping with the first bite: not the best. It's a shame about the location, which is nice, but the food isn't great. I can't give it more than three stars.

08/11/2025: Hotel Klostersepp is located on the main road near Klausen. It's a 10-minute walk to the center of Klausen. The hotel offers a very good and extensive breakfast. There's a spa area, a bowling alley, a restaurant, and a pizzeria. The small bar is quite popular. Dinner was very good. We'll be back.

27/10/2025: Our girls' weekend couldn't have been better! We received such a warm welcome from Klaus and his team. We lacked nothing. The Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake) made especially for us was our special highlight at the end! Human interaction is very important there! Please keep up the good work – we'd love to come back!

11/10/2025: Location is great, exacyly on the river. You can hear the water run while sitting on the terrace. Really good ice with natural flavors. Good coffee from Julius Meinl. Very good regional pastries, like Buckweat pie. Very friendly staff, ready to explain everything. Moderate prices.

10/10/2025: A beautiful and relaxing café and bar, with delicious coffee. It is located on the Isaac River. The employee, Gerta, has a wonderful personality and serves you with her eyes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

07/10/2025: Perfect! I had lunch here when I was teaching classes. AND I was always gaining weight. Yes, simply delicious. Fine and normal cuisine, not that blah blah blah dish! TOP. I LOVE Cordon Bleu

23/09/2025: We stayed at the guesthouse for two nights and had a room on the top floor at the back. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy in front of the house or in the spacious garage. The food was outstanding, and both in the evening and at breakfast, you had a wonderful view of the mountains. The family and staff were always very friendly, and we had a wonderful, albeit short, time. We would gladly return!

29/08/2025: The room was very nice with a view over Klausen. One small drawback was that not everything was completely finished. Some of the pipes weren't fully connected, but that was "just" a cosmetic issue. According to the manager, the renovations were completed in record time, and there are still a few minor details missing. But otherwise, everything was perfect; the breakfast was very good and there was a large selection. Dinner (which was included in ours) was easy to choose and order from the extensive menu. Whether it was pizza or steak, soup, appetizer, or dessert. The staff, as well as the managers, were very accommodating and extremely friendly. If you're looking for accommodation nearby, be sure to inquire here; it's really worth it.

28/10/2025: We had apple strudel and cappuccino here – both were delicious. We also had shepherd's macaroni, which was also very good. The service was very friendly. The restaurant looks a bit dated.

23/10/2025: The light meals were ok, right at your table and you sit quite comfortably...otherwise it was ok..we had pizza and soup beforehand...pricey more than the restaurants nearby....
