It was a feast for the senses: the atmosphere, the ability to talk at the table, the owner's advice when serving you... and above all, the quality of the food. I really enjoyed the dishes. Incredible vegetables, delicious stewed meat, and delicious crostini. 😍 Because it's far from Spain... hahaha, otherwise... I would go here for dinner at least once a month.

12/10/2025: We stopped at Valentina's Hosteria for Sunday lunch. She poetically combined hospitality and professionalism. My mom smiled enthusiastically at her "talking blackboard," a simple yet effective way to make you feel at home. Thanks for the wonderful memory, and see you soon!!

06/12/2025: An evening worthy of top marks. We had dinner after an evening at the spa. The appetizers and main courses were delicious. The Rapolano focaccia for dessert was amazing, recommended by the charming waitress Beatrice. We'll definitely be back.

17/09/2025: I stayed in this villa in the early 1960s, during the summer when it was a summer camp for children from the Biella area. I only have a few very pleasant memories, both of the structure and of the walks in the surrounding area. And also of the delicious baked stuffed onions they sometimes served with meals.

08/09/2025: A property that far exceeds expectations. It offers expertly furnished apartments, blending old-world charm with modern touches. Equipped with every comfort (and more), the apartments are among the best I've ever visited. This residence evokes emotions as soon as you step inside. The staff and their added value; from the welcome to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, you'll encounter capable, yet unobtrusive staff. This property has managed to enhance, if possible, the surrounding landscape, which I highly recommend visiting.

08/09/2025: Beautiful evening, it's now our favorite place and the pizza is excellent too. I recommend it and it's also 3 steps from the spa.

27/10/2025: The food is good, but a second course is too small, a quarter of wine, water, side dish, and coffee cost 30 euros. They won't let me go anymore.

11/10/2025: I randomly stopped in for a quick bite and saw a sign outside the restaurant saying the €15 fixed menu. I went in, sat down, and the waitress told me the €15 menu didn't include drinks—oh, you know, the usual red herring. It should also be posted outside the restaurant that drinks aren't included. Anyway, okay, I ordered a first course, spaghetti with Tuscan ragù, a small portion with completely tasteless ragù. The second course arrived, chicken breast with potatoes. The chicken breast was rock-hard, inedible, truly disgusting, but the potatoes were average. I went to pay, and of course it wasn't €15 anymore, but €18.30, as I had ordered water and coffee. For a place like this, and for the quality offered, that's way too much. I paid without any argument, but if I passed by again, I definitely wouldn't stop to eat if they operate like this.

02/12/2025: Well maintained and with various pool options but always too crowded and therefore not very peaceful

30/11/2025: We stayed for 2 days. Real thermal water. The location was beautiful, but unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy all the pools and the outdoor park due to obvious weather conditions. The food was top-notch. The only flaw, in my opinion, was the lack of hydromassage in the pools.

12/09/2025: Excellent wood-fired pizza. Great variety of flavors. Low prices. For example: marinara €4.50; margherita €5.50; margherita with buffalo mozzarella €7... I haven't seen prices like this since last century. I feared a "temporal fracture," but when I got home and saw the gas prices, I reassured myself.

11/09/2025: We stopped by for lunch during a stop in Rapolano. The food was excellent, and the photos on the walls portraying Rapolano from times gone by were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
