26/11/2024: Tanta sostanza dietro ad auna forma ineccepibile. Elegante e raffinato negli ambienti e negli elementi di arredo, un perfetto connubio tra il "minimal" e lo "chic", in ogni caso ELEGANTE. Sala e cucina in perfetta sintonia. Un sommelier estremamente capace, preparato, disponibile ed affabile sa ben consigliare ed abbinare etichette di una cantina davvero molto ben strutturata. La lista vini denota attenzione, sapienza e gusto. Dalla cucina portate con un equilibrio ineccepibile. Sapidità, cottura, tecnica...una momento di alto godimento per il palato. Materia prima a Km zero, rispetto della tradizione e home made (pane e pasta) come regola aurea. Complimenti e bravissimi TUTTI!!!

17/12/2024: Fantastic experience, friendly but attentive and prepared staff. Not a huge menu, but high quality with local products and finally excellent craft beers, recommended based on the pairing with the dishes (which rarely happens). We went for dinner and, thrilled, we went back for lunch the next day. Super recommended!

09/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve at Villa Ottocento. We chose it from Booking. Com relying on the photos of the site which do not do justice to the beauty of the location: The common areas are well-kept and tidy, the apartments are large, modern while respecting the architectural beauty and welcoming. The 401 where we stayed is a wonderful room, a pleasure for the eyes and for resting. Mrs. Claudia was very kind in dealing with booking mix-ups and the staff at the place were also very kind. The distance from basic services is minimal and the restaurants around are very good. The distance from the ski resorts is 5 minutes and the road has always been free and smooth. We will definitely be back, hopefully as soon as possible.

06/12/2024: In rientro a Siena, ci siamo fermati in questa trattoria  dove era evidente che si mangiava bene e tanto visto il piazzale pieno di TIR. E così è stato! Tutto buono, ben presentato , porzioni XXL , con un servizio veloce . Vi suggerisco la tagliata al coccio...carne saporita e morbidissima. Prezzi onestissimi!

12/11/2024: Molto comodo, perché collegato direttamente alle piscine, ma a parte una cameriera davvero carina e cortese, il resto si può lasciare perdere. Non mi era mai capitato di bere in un posto dove il Barista ti fa il segno di andare a pagare ( oltretutto, avevo già mangiato e bevuto e soprattutto già pagato. ) peccato.

06/08/2024: I was there on an afternoon of bad weather together with my daughter and my friends, on 3 July 2024, we arrived in the early afternoon, there were very few people as the weather promised rain, the outside is very beautiful and well-kept , the panorama overlooking the Crete Senesi is fabulous. We stayed in the external pools for a while and then the strong storm arrived and we moved to the internal pool, then to the relaxation area, very beautiful and clean environments! The bar where we stopped for a nice aperitif before leaving was excellent!! Highly recommended!!!

28/12/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant two nights in a row, the first time we ordered pizza and the second a typical Tuscan menu with ribollita and egg with truffle. Very kind staff. Excellent value for money.

06/08/2024: Heerlijk restaurant, wij zaten buiten op en pleintje. Goede service, in alles was merk je dat er veel ervaring is. Enige minpuntje was voor ons de tira misu deze was duidelijk even snel ontdooid. Stukjes waren al warm terwijl andere delen nok te koud waren

03/01/2025: Ribollita ottima Pasta porcini e (abbondanti) scaglie di tartufo: ottimo piatto Baccalà cotto a bassa temperatura: eccellente Contorno di cime di rape morbide e dal sapore vero: gustosissime Migliorerei la qualità del vino “della casa”. Ci torneremmo decisamente

30/11/2024: Scelto questo locale "casualmente" ma rimasti supercontenti.... rapporto qualità/prezzo eccelso. Prodotti di qualità e buonissimi!!!! Il tutto con un gestore simpatico e alla buona.... ci torneremo di sicuro. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!
