Almost everything you eat and drink is made by them. Extraordinary wines, accessible to all budgets and palates, from the most expert to the most avid. If you're lucky enough to meet Riccardo (one of the owners), who tells you the story of these wines, you'll enter a world of its own. The cured meats are out of this world, each one better than the last, the soups extraordinary... Fair prices, top-notch quality for the food and drink, highly recommended... If you go to Chianciano, you can't miss BRADI TOSCANI.

25/01/2026: I had a truly wonderful meal: the pork shank was tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicate, a perfect accompaniment. The lasagna was also excellent, rich and flavorful. A hearty, quality meal that I highly recommend! I'll definitely be back to try more.
10/01/2026: Above-average value for money. It's a popular place, so reservations are essential. Traditional Tuscan cuisine, generous portions, and very fair prices. The staff is all friendly, and it really feels like home. If I return to Chianciano, I'll invite myself back. Highly recommended. In this case, the Google reviews didn't matter.

13/03/2026: After a lovely stroll in Chianciano Terme, we happened to pass by this bright red restaurant... hence the curiosity to try it.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, tidy, and clean, with a "takeaway" option.
Really well organized, no long waits.
The pizza is amazing... we tried a classic Margherita and an Americana... not to mention the grilled meats; we tried the truly exceptional Wagyu burger. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

08/10/2025: The pastry bar I wish I had near my house, stocked at all hours, excellent products and impeccable service... TOP.
05/10/2025: The bar was open all night, very well stocked with both sweet and savory options, everything delicious.
The best thing, however, was the kindness and courtesy we found. We were having trouble with the car, and they managed to give us a big hand even though it was Sunday. It truly was an oasis in the desert. Thank you so much ❤️

30/01/2026: Honestly, this review is aimed at the owner, who was very rude both in her welcome and in taking our order. We felt she was only polite to locals. She complained to us about the negative reviews she'd received because of the cats in the restaurant; I found this inappropriate.
The place is clean, and the cats aren't a nuisance.
The bathroom is horrible; the door wouldn't close, it was cramped.
The waitress was a ray of sunshine, always smiling and efficient.
We had a cold cuts appetizer, which was a bit meager, various side dishes, and the Florentine steak.
The meat was delicious, tender, and juicy.
Be careful with your receipt; the owner rounds up the price (how sad for €1.20). What a shame she made!

This restaurant was a true hidden gem. I never thought I'd find such a solid pizzeria just by wandering around.
We ordered a speck and scamorza pizza, which was nothing short of phenomenal. The speck and scamorza were perfectly flavorful. When we entered the restaurant, we could see the care they took in selecting their ingredients (I regret not taking photos of the cured meats). The pizza was also very reasonably priced: €8.50.
I love browsing pizzerias, and this was hands down one of the best I've been to. I highly recommend this place.
