La degustazione esplosione di gusto offre quello che promette… un percorso tra gusti e profumi di pane e di mare, con una escalation che esplode con il risotto “in profondità”, la pietanza iconica dello Chef! Consigliato per coppie che amano condividere esperienze gastronomiche particolari.

25/05/2025: I ate here twice, for dinner. Everything was delicious, in particular I was struck by the fact that the salmon sashimi had no limit and that the portions were very generous. I don't know if this is a prerogative of the dinner menu or Saturday. Overall, everything was very good. I recommend it

13/06/2025: I expected something more, given the reviews. The pizza wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. For those who love non-Neapolitan pizza with a low edge, then this is the right place. The only flaw I found in the margherita was the fior di latte that melted and fused with the tomato during cooking. In my opinion, the ingredients must maintain some of their individuality. A cheese must resist cooking a bit. The surprise of the place in my opinion is the babà, it's worth going for it. Another thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi, I was left isolated in the place. Update owner's response: I wasn't expecting the Neapolitan. I came to the place to understand what the identity of the pizza was since there were contrasting photos on Google Maps (photos with a high edge and photos with a low edge). I also asked the waitress before ordering. I can't express an opinion on the digestibility because I don't have problems digesting pizzas. I also add that the tomato seemed more like sauce than pulp to me.

31/05/2025: No tables were available so I had a pizza as takeaway instead (spicy one with nduja and salami). WOW! Superb pizza, so tasty and very generous with the ingredients, great value for money. Large menu, it was difficult to choose and really wanted to go back but they were closed during the remaining time of my trip. Grazie!

22/04/2025: Quality breakfast with excellent service! I really enjoyed breakfast in this place, with excellent quality products and good coffee. But what really makes the difference is the service and kindness of the staff! Absolutely recommended to start the day in the best way.

31/05/2025: Su 4 panini 2 tropea mancava la cipolla di tropea e il bacon croccante . Su gli altri 2 vulcano mancava la pancetta arrotolata. Lo abbiamo fatto notare e la cameriera ha ammesso un disguido in cucina. Dopo 10 minuti viene la proprietaria le spieghiamo l'accaduto e lei come prima risposta cita testuali parole: mi sembra strano che in tutti e 4 mancasse qualcosa... e poi dice che dovevamo dirlo subito.. come se dovessimo aprire il panino per verificarne gli ingredienti... a metà panino lo abbiamo notato e la cameriera ai era offerto di rifarlo.. abbiamo detto che non importava ma che ci aspettavamo uno sconto per la mancanza degli ingredienti. Da qui sempre la gentile proprietaria ha insinuato che il motivo era che volevamo pagare meno... al che ci siamo sentiti ulteriormente offesi così mi sono alzata e ho pagato il conto così come da menu. Consiglio vivamente alla proprietaria di cambiare mestiere o di stare lontano dai clienti . Io non tornerò mai più e segnalo questo posto gestito veramente da una persona CAFONA. Cara signora l'italiano è italiano e l'affermazione "mi sembra strano" non lascia dubbi e non è soggetta ad interpretazioni.

10/05/2025: Last night I ate a piece of Cecina with friends which was fabulous to say the least and the "pistachio" pizza with the addition of cherry tomatoes and I must say it was very good. The only flaw that doesn't make me give 5 stars to the food is that despite being very small, there were very few of them and the taste lacked that something that made me say wow...but ultimately a great pizza. The only thing that makes me give 3 stars instead of 5, and therefore reduce the rating by 2, is the bathroom. Still having the Turk in 2025 (I don't know if it was only men or also women) but it's something I never imagined I'd find. Plus in what state! It's a shame because ultimately the service and atmosphere are very relaxed and therefore ideal for talking to friends and having a laugh. Pizzeria that I would recommend for the food, especially the cecina Daniel
