13/06/2025: Incredibly slow and unfriendly service, we had to wait 25 minutes for draft beers, with no other guests besides us, and 4 staff "working" in the pizzeria... They managed to assemble the pizzas (7 in total) in 1 hour... the quality of the food was okay, but we were disappointed with the place. What would have happened if there had been guests at every table.

17/04/2025: Superb restaurant serving innovative but honest food of exceptional quality. Highlights included the borage and wild herb ravioli, and the tripe. Service excellent also and prices very reasonable.
13/04/2025: The importance of the vegetable, notes of great study, the result is of great quality. The well-studied wine list, many labels outside the ''classics''. Attention to detail, extremely elegant but very welcoming environment. Clear menu, with personality. I will definitely come back. Very pleasant surprise.

23/07/2025: Podríamos tener reserva, así que la primera noche no podía almorzar allí.
La reserva de la segunda noche fue bien. El servicio lento, 2 personas de servicio, cansado, desconcertado. No conseguir la comida que pedimos, pero otra sopa. No vino blanco, sino tinto (enviado de vuelta) , el ajo se quemó en una pasta simple. El costo no vale la pena, lamentamos haber ido allí. Otra rebanada simple sabría en otro lugar. ¡Muy decepcionado!
15/07/2025: It was a pleasure dining here with my husband and in-laws. The food is excellent and unconventional, despite serving traditional Tuscan fare. The wine and beer list offers a great selection, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming. Dining at Merlo gives you the assurance of good, well-selected food and excellent service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

01/05/2025: Zeer lastig parkeren en niet makkelijk te vinden.
Pizza was prima. Pasta redelijk. En een vleesgerecht wat we hadden was heerlijk. Toetjes wat simpel.
Prijzen zijn zeker niet hoog.
