07/08/2024: The food is really great, especially we all thought the carbonara (53,49,13,9) was great. The service actually takes a bit of time, but is really nice and helpful, that's why 4 ⭐️. The ambience isn't that good because it's right on the street and it's just not that comfortable. All in all, 5 stars because the food really surpassed everything we saw!

30/06/2024: Unfortunately, I am reviewing last time's 5-star rating downwards. They gave us a separate table on the street next to one of the doors where cars were passing by 1 meter away, many of them with zero euro diesels! (If you don't have room when you book just say so). An unpleasant fishy smell came from inside. The food wasn't bad although the tempura cod was soaked in oil and the tagliolini lacked a bit of kick. Good service even if just one waiter running back and forth isn't enough... you're almost afraid to ask him for toothpicks. Sin. A more than positive experience both for the quality of the raw materials and for the workmanship. Attentive and pleasant service. Among those visited in Casciana, this restaurant stands out completely from the others! I don't know what the count is... I haven't finished dinner yet... but when you feel good it's relative!

01/12/2024: Perfect lunch! I tried the tasting menu with my girlfriend, and it was a real trip. Fine dishes, original combinations and top quality. Impeccable service and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

24/11/2024: Truly enchanting location divided into rooms with each its own story, ensuring quality and customer care are the main characteristics certainly added to traditional dishes but revisited and told by the staff girls because each dish has its own excellent story, the wine cellar and a nice thing that the menu changes according to the seasons so that there are always new things to discover. A flaw if we really want to find it? The prices are a little high but maybe that's right because if you go to Erba Luigia you don't go for a normal dinner but for a sensorial journey through time, congratulations to everyone and thank you for the wonderful evening you made us spend❤️
