23/11/2025: For years now, Albergo e Ristorante da Mauro has been an absolute guarantee. For us, the best steak ever is served here, cooked in the open fireplace in the main dining room: sublime, tender, and with a unique flavor. We always accompany it with their excellent baked potatoes, simply perfect.
This time we split a mixed antipasto between two people because we wanted to focus primarily on the meat, but it's worth saying that all the dishes on the menu are excellent. The appetizers are never boring, the first courses are always carefully crafted—try the tonnarelli served directly in the cheese wheel, truly special—and every course reflects the passion and quality they put into their work.
It's a place we return to often because it never disappoints.

16/11/2025: The food is very good, but since it was very crowded (but it was a peak time, so it's understandable that it might not be so at other times), I suffered a bit from the noisy children. In any case, highly recommended.
13/11/2025: A recently furnished, well-kept restaurant with a veranda overlooking the valley. The restrooms are elegant and functional, although I advise the owners to keep all the dispensers stocked.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The appetizer platter is for two people, featuring excellent cured meats, such as San Daniele prosciutto. The meat, potatoes, and fried mushrooms are excellent, as is the house wine.
For dessert, try the chestnut and mushroom pudding. It's a unique dessert that you either love or hate; there's no middle ground.
The price is fair; €35 is now the minimum.
I highly recommend it.

08/12/2025: Group dinner with a fixed menu...appetizers, two first courses, a second course with a side dish, dessert, coffee, and drinks...all delicious and in generous quantities.
07/12/2025: We had lunch at this trattoria, and we had a wonderful meal, both the first and second courses, with side dishes.
The meat was truly excellent and tender, and the service was super fast, almost too fast :)
Congratulations! This place is definitely worth a stop.

17/02/2025: Darei zero stelle ma non si può, appena positivo l antipasto ma le pietanza a partire dalla prima portata non sono stata gran che, come secondo portano del anatra al forno talmente dura e secca che non si riusciva a tagliare, finita la cena mi dirigo Con i miei figli in camera, la prima cosa entrando sento subito un forte odore di chiuso e panchito,poi mi cade subito l occhio che c e il bagno comunicante con la camera senza ne una porta e ne un qualcosa che dividesse i due locali e come se non bastasse riscaldamenti spenti e acqua fredda, quindi senza possibilità di farsi una doccia calda, in più vedo ospiti indesiderati alle pareti insetti tipo blatte, proviamo a metterci a letto e praticamente il letto umido e freddo quindi vi lascio immaginare il disagio provato. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto.
14/02/2025: Ristorante tradizionale con cibo eccellente. Materia prima di alta qualità dall'antipasto ai pri e ai secondi. Complimenti. Prezzo adeguato per quanto mangiato.

15/02/2025: Una cena al 🔝 come sempre per festeggiare S.Valentino all'insegna dell'amore nei riguardi di mia moglie e dell'ottimo cibo grazie allo chef di alta classe e qualità di Paolo Bernardi. Un grazie ancora di cuore a tutto lo staff, siete i migliori. Ovviamente super consigliato sia per la location che per l'alta qualità e quantità delle pietanze. Un abbraccio a presto.
20/01/2025: Ottimo ristorante trovato per caso. Abbiamo preso un antipasto in due e due primi. Le porzioni sono super abbondanti. La ragazza di sala è stata gentilissima e simpatica. Ci aveva consigliato lei di aspettare a ordinare i secondi, conoscendo le porzioni dei primi.
