06/01/2026: Nothing short of fabulous.
The still water was crystal clear and fresh; I haven't had such refreshing water in a long time. The amber-colored white wine was exceptional, I highly recommend it (photo attached). Not to mention the delicious dishes, especially the generous appetizers, which left us speechless, especially with their presentation. We'll be back whenever we can!

23/10/2025: Delicious pizzas and fast service!! Friends, family, tourists, single men with a book; everyone comes here for a pizza. And understandably so, because the pizzas are not only delicious but also very reasonably priced.
19/10/2025: We went for pizza last night. The pizza was good, thin, and adequately topped. The only slightly negative thing was the waitress, Giulia. Although she tried to be friendly, her interaction was unprofessional, with unpleasant jokes, causing one customer to shut up, and suggesting that the other was "slow on the uptake."

22/01/2026: It's the first time we went there and we went back, we had a great time from the welcome to the food. 🥰
14/11/2025: My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
• The room had a persistent musty odor mixed with a stench from the bathroom pipes, with a burning smell that made the air unbreathable.
• The breakfast was terrible: packaged croissants of poor quality, with no attention to freshness or presentation.
• There were not even glasses or cutlery within reach, a sign of careless management and lack of attention to guests.
• The coffee was undrinkable, of such poor quality that it further degraded the experience.
In short, a stay I would not recommend to anyone: neglected structure, poor service, and a total lack of customer care.

07/07/2025: Estábamos alojados con unos amigos en Pontremoli y nos llevaron aquí a cenar. Hermoso lugar. Nos sentamos afuera, bajo techo, con vista a los Alpes. Disfruté de su especialidad de Panigacci con carnes y queso sin lactosa. Nuestros amigos llamaron antes para hablar sobre mis necesidades de alimentos sin gluten y sin lácteos, con una advertencia sobre la contaminación cruzada. Prepararon los Panigacci con ingredientes sin gluten en un área separada y con sartenes separadas. Como tenían aviso previo, compraron queso sin lactosa específicamente para mí. También disfrutamos de filetes (su especialidad) y un poco de vino local. Tenían música en vivo: jazz y blues. Me sentí especial y segura, y disfruté muchísimo toda la experiencia.
21/04/2025: Un plauso al servizio, abbiamo una bambina piccola e siamo stati accolti benissimo (non è scontato). Panigacci top! Location molto carina, affacciata su colli, vista splendida! Un posto davvero molto accogliente.

Piatti della tradizione molto gustosi.
16/02/2025: Esperienza così così... consiglio di aggiornare il menù sul sito perché quello al tavolo è esattamente la metà ed è più caro, quindi per correttezza verso i clienti sarebbe cosa buona e giusta!! Per il resto posto meraviglioso ma cibi nella media

Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato cucinato con cura e decisamente molto buono.Il personale cordiale,gentile e Esperienza super positiva

03/10/2024: Esperienza drammatica. Arrivato alle 21 e 30 ho cenato con un piatto proposto come Fuori Menu Pizze ed ho così scelto la Bomba di riso: sia l'involucro di riso che l'interno di spezzatino di manzo con carote e piselli era RANCIDO. Ho lasciato tutto nel piatto, ho bevuto il vino, ho preso un Mirto, ho pagato, ho salutato....mai più.
PS ho serbato lo scontrino fiscale riservandomi eventuale avviso alle autorità sanitarie competenti.

11/10/2025: I came here for a work-related meal with some colleagues; the place is simple but welcoming, the bathrooms are clean, and the home-cooked food is really good. Recommended.
