01/05/2025: Great service, pizzas are prepared in the moment in front of you. The service was excellent even though we were tourist and most places try to scam you… The boss was very close and ensured we were always set. All in all a great place to eat and have a good time. 100% worth it.

02/07/2025: What started as a random "we are hungry" stop turned out to be one of the best pizzas we had on our trip so far. The service was very friendly and there was a nice seating as well. Cinque stelle!
14/06/2025: We ordered four half pizzas, which were freshly prepared. The pizzas are among the best we've ever eaten.
Two men work at the oven, and a woman prepares the dough. Everything goes hand in hand.
We were there as tourists at lunchtime. The clientele is 80% locals and many regulars.
I wholeheartedly recommend this pizzeria, which certainly lives up to its name.
Special tip: a pizza made with chickpea flour is the house specialty. A real treat and a change of pace.

14/07/2025: We had to divert from the highway due to a traffic jam. We found this wonderful little place, the panigacci were excellent, the platters of quality cured meats were very friendly, and we left feeling happier! Highly recommended.

27/04/2025: Re-update. It's impossible to eat equally good fish in the area at these prices. And the land menu is also worth it. Furthermore, the environment is refined and the service is precise and welcoming to the maximum. Midday lunch in very good content pieces. In the evening you spend around 25 - 30 euros each if you eat from starter to dessert including the house wine which is excellent. A special mention to the amazing fish ravioli....

I will be fast☺️ simply unparalleled value for money. Excellent food and service. Excellent business lunch at midday at a basic price. The house wine is excellent. Possibility of eating outside on a terrace which unfortunately overlooks the street but still pleasant. I allow myself two suggestions. In summer, at little expense, you could shade the terrace with awnings or reeds. And I really can't stand the TV inside while I'm eating..... But these are personal tastes and maybe the other customers like it. Highly recommended place. Many complements

18/05/2025: Durante una splendida gita alle Cinque Terre, abbiamo deciso di cenare al Ristorante Per… Bacco ad Aulla e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! Situato nel cuore del centro storico, questo locale accogliente offre un ambiente elegante e curato, perfetto per una serata speciale.
Il menù è un vero trionfo di sapori: abbiamo gustato pesce freschissimo, sia cotto che crudo, preparato con maestria. Le cruditè di mare erano semplicemente divine, e la tartare di tonno si scioglieva in bocca. Il risotto zucchine e gamberi era mondiale! Il pesce era freschissimo!
Un aspetto che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stata l’attenzione del personale alle esigenze alimentari: avendo un’intolleranza al lattosio, sono stati estremamente premurosi nel consigliare piatti adatti e nel garantire un’esperienza culinaria sicura e piacevole.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile: cordiale (quasi amichevole senza conoscerci), professionale e attento ad ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo provato un vino locale “clamoroso” (unndicinodi).
Il conto adeguato.
Consigliamo vivamente di visitare il Ristorante Per… Bacco se vi trovate in zona: un’esperienza gastronomica che unisce tradizione e innovazione, in un’atmosfera calda e raffinata.

14/06/2025: Pastry shop at the Cisa exit of the A15 motorway. Very nice and spacious environment with tables outside too. Wide selection of brioches and pastries. Very nice and very clean bathroom. For us a fixed stop when we go to Tuscany because it is very convenient and we can thus avoid breakfast at the motorway restaurant.
10/06/2025: Excellent pastry shop, aperitifs, breakfasts and coffees, a place to stay and also to relax, the owner and the staff are very professional and kind. If you pass by Aulla, you must stop by, to indulge in a sin of gluttony.

12/06/2025: Great variety without gluten, we took two first courses both abundant and really tasty, with handmade stuffed pasta. Also good the mixed fried without gluten. Owner very sociable and friendly. Beautiful view from the outside terrace, more than fair price.
