28/07/2024: We were welcomed badly, in a bad way.
After waiting twenty minutes just for two cooked meals, two beers and some loose wine; a single platter was served in the center of 6 tables (there were 12 of us).
Ignored during service, and very disorganized at the time of payment, and not a shadow of a receipt was seen.
Not recommended, more difficult if you pass by here, stop at the discopub, just below.

25/08/2024: Dispiace fare una recensione negativa,ma stanno aumentando troppo i prezzi,mangiare banale,la stessa roba che nei giorni feriali paghi 12 euro..senza neanche un pò di caccia,fatto pagare di sabato 34 euro a persona,è veramente troppo!Non so cosa si siano messi in testa,ma con la stessa cifra ,mangio il pesce a Viareggio!

24/08/2024: Typical Italian restaurant with very friendly staff and good food. The pasta is fantastic, the meat is good quality and cooked perfectly, the pizza is made in the pizza oven and could be a little spicier.

31/08/2024: Trattoria with business lunches, excellent value for money. We stopped after a walk in the surrounding area, friendly service, it also has outdoor tables, very nice. Simple but still excellent dishes. The prices are very competitive. The only downside... desserts, little choice (at least on the day of our visit).
Overall I recommend it.

29/07/2024: Alla larga da questo squallido ristorante-pizzeria, una vergogna per la Garfagnana che vanta di solito ottime mete gastronomiche. Questa decisamente non lo è: ci siamo capitati per sbaglio, ma sbagliando si impara. Niente di quanto promesso sul menù viene rispettato: cibi tipici ? (no, penne al gorgonzola); trote di fiume ? (no, branzino surgelato). Vista la malaparata ordiniamo pizze. Fra le peggiori mai mangiate da sempre. Non insistiamo e ce ne andiamo con spesa modica. Troppo modica per la proprietaria che pensa bene di "sbagliare" il conto e caricarci 10 € in più per un fantomatico "menù fisso" mai richiesto. Siamo costretti a insistere e protestare e dobbiamo aspettare una mezz'ora i comodi della giovane signora che, finalmente e per niente imbarazzata, ci restituisce il maltolto . Una questione di principio. O tu lettore, se passerai dal luogo, sei avvisato !

12/08/2024: We stayed for 3 days and used the services of the Azienda Agrigola.
Very beautiful location, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, unfortunately ruined by excessive flies (not due, in our opinion, to being in the countryside).
The house (the one closest to the swimming pool area) in addition to being old, had a strong smell of cheese, at times nauseating, due to being on the border with the dairy.
The farm's products are very good but the prices are a little high.
The owners are quite available on requests.
Management of the swimming pool and services (annex and grill) shared with other people, both residents and non-residents, which makes organization complicated when there are many and multiple groups.
In summary (regarding stays/room rentals), a little too expensive for the services offered.
N.B. we were asked to pay the cost of the stay only in cash even though the POS was there.

22/08/2024: Durante il Garfagnana Trekking abbiamo fatto tappa alla Casa del Pellegrino e siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità dai gestori. Cena ottima e abbondante con prodotti genuini cucinati benissimo in un ambiente famigliare e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, torneremo sicuramente!
20/08/2024: Con la mia compagna eravamo a passeggiare per i prati di Monte Argegna e siamo stati attirati dai profumi che arrivavano delle cucine. Abbiamo deciso di rinunciare al nostro pranzo al sacco e siamo entrati in questo ristorante.
Ottima decisione!!!

Ristorante dell'Hotel Belvedere

10/06/2024: L'Hotel è situato in una posizione ideale per chi voglia visitare la Garfagnana, sia in automobile, ma soprattutto in moto o bici.
La sistemazione è comoda, dotata di quanto serve (piscina inclusa), la vista sulle Alpi Apuane è rilassante come il silenzio intorno.
La cucina è familiare nel senso migliore del termine: qualità degli ingredienti, attenzione alla cottura e tipicità nella scelta di menu ci hanno lasciato soddisfatti.
