31/12/2024: Yet another confirmation of the quality and tradition that this place offers. The food is always excellent, with generous portions and very high quality ingredients. The managers stand out for their attention and care towards the customer, making each visit a pleasant experience. Even though it was December 30th and there was an event in town, the place was crowded but perfectly managed, without ever creating chaos. A welcoming and well-organised environment. Highly recommended!
27/12/2024: My girlfriend and I stayed in Santa Fiora for 4 days between Christmas and New Year with the idea of trying out the different restaurants in the town. The first evening I came across "Il Barilotto" and the food was so good that we ended up having dinner here every evening to try the whole menu.
All truly exquisite and absolutely acceptable prices.
The guys who serve in the room are uniquely friendly.
You guys are number one! I hope to return soon.

23/12/2024: One of the worst margherita pizzas I've ever eaten! I came there because it was so praised by the locals, but upon entering I found myself in a deliberately modern environment that totally clashes with the place in the mountains... basically it's a room in a house in a hamlet of Santa Fiora. Paying over €30 for 2 pizzas and 1 water seems exaggerated, especially since, at least for my pizza, it was burnt and made in a hurry, full of oil and very little burnt mozzarella. Honestly, a deep disappointment. At least the staff is very friendly. Comunale I won't go back there again.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Pleasant environment.
Prices are average.

07/07/2024: Prodotti davvero ottimi e personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo preso la schiacciata con il prosciutto crudo ed era la fine del mondo, davvero molto buona. In più abbiamo preso anche la pizza rossa e, anche quella, merita di essere assaggiata.
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Michela che è una bravissima persona.
Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente!
26/05/2024: Partiamo dal presupposto che è una pizzeria quindi la scelta aperitivi è giustamente ridotta , quindi prosecco o spritz grandi classici , accompagnati dalla loro pizza buonissima , il tutto ad un prezzo IMBATTIBILE. Super consigliato

10/09/2024: There were four of us. Everyone took these dishes and desserts, only half a liter of house wine in a jug for four, two liters of mineral water, three glasses of vino santo. €40! It seems like an exaggerated price to me, given the small portions. Good quality. Luckily there was good fresh bread which I ate with a little oil.....
07/09/2024: Extremely friendly ophthalmology, simple, clean and tidy rooms, very delicious food.

18/08/2024: Beautiful wine shop with a wide selection of wines. The restaurant is located in the main square and is therefore excellently positioned. Compared to previous years, this year I found the service a little more superficial and confusing. Apart from this, this is definitely a place to stop for an aperitif or a quick dinner

08/12/2024: We were in this restaurant for dinner in Toscany, the people were very pleasant, accommodating and respectful. We ate tagliatelle, it was so delicious and delicate. We were full and contented.
28/11/2024: Good pizza, sometimes thin, sometimes "higher" dough. Simple and informal place. Friendly staff, perfect for an evening without too many pretensions.

- visivo, nella splendida cornice di Santa Fiora, fra le mani un Menu ricercatissimo da leggere nei suoi dettagli unici e originali;
- uditivo, i suoni soffusi di una incantevole piazzetta e della sua storia, pensate era una casa, provate a chiedere;
- tattile, quando la cameriera o il cameriere ci passa il piatto con ogni tipo di pasta fatta in casa da loro, a mano, come una volta;
- olfattivo, il bouquet di ogni vino proveniente da piccoli produttori toscani e italiani che la passione ha fatto scoprire;
- gustativo, come i sapori di ogni stagione che ispirano idee che prendono forma in esperienze sensoriali…
…tanto che un semplice buon appetito potrebbe non essere abbastanza, forse è meglio augurare a chi si siederà dopo di me al tavolo, buona esperienza!

24/08/2023: I only had breakfast. Poorly maintained environment, dirty cappuccino cup and the feeling of almost annoying the lady behind the counter.
16/07/2023: I took a crodino in this bar, it was served to me with a sad bowl of chips and nothing else... I expected something more.

12/11/2023: Siamo andati in una sera fra settimana di novembre. Pizza fritta top! Veramente consigliato. Poi siamo potuti andare con i nostri due cani, cosa assolutamente da non sottovalutare. Gentilezza incredibile. Torneremo sicuramente
