05/02/2025: Good home cooking. Excellent pics. Service a little rushed but still kind and efficient. Warm atmosphere, perhaps a little small but characteristic.

01/03/2025: I haven't had a pizza like this in a long, long time, fabulous dough and perfect combinations. Price quality more than fair for what you eat, the waiter was a young and clearly new boy, however helpful and truly friendly and professional. Good dessert but in my opinion the base of the cheese cake could have been done a little better, I found it not very crunchy, other than that it was truly perfect. A beautiful environment with an open kitchen, two large rooms with a small more secluded room, I loved the interior design of the place, unique and spot on. I highly recommend the place but I advise you to be careful along the way as it is a little difficult to notice, I would advise the owner to enhance the external sign a little. I was also very pleased to note the young and passionate staff. Really good, I will definitely be back.

10/09/2024: There were four of us. Everyone took these dishes and desserts, only half a liter of house wine in a jug for four, two liters of mineral water, three glasses of vino santo. €40! It seems like an exaggerated price to me, given the small portions. Good quality. Luckily there was good fresh bread which I ate with a little oil.....

The girls at Fatt'ammano have "repeated" the very pleasant impression they had a few years ago, with a choice of quality and a menu that could perhaps disorient those who are looking for traditional Amiata dishes, but which do not betray, but rather exceed the expectations of those who, like us, he comes from Amiata, he knows its flavors and, in his own cooking, he tries to "pass them on" to friends and guests.
Reservations are absolutely recommended, especially in the autumn and winter periods, the venue, although welcoming, is not very large and, all things considered, in the end this becomes an advantage in terms of acoustic comfort: even in a full room you can easily converse in a low voice .

10/11/2024: Le ragazze del Fatt'ammano hanno "bissato" la piacevolissima impressione avuta qualche anno fa, una scelta di qualità ed un menù che forse potrebbe disorientare chi va in caccia dei piatti tradizionali amiatini, ma che non tradisce, anzi supera le aspettative di chi, come noi, dall'Amiata viene, ne conosce i sapori e, nella propria cucina, cerca di "trasmetterli" ad amici e ospiti.
Assolutamente consigliata la prenotazione soprattutto nel periodo autunnale ed invernale, il locale, per quanto accogliente, non è grandissimo e, tutto sommato, alla fine questo diventa un vantaggio in termini di comfort acustico: anche a sala piena si riesce a conversare agevolmente a bassa voce.

06/03/2025: Half a glass of wine, maybe less, 1.50 euros, I thought something had changed but the arrogance of the boss underestimates the importance of the customer........now I understand why people complain........we have really fallen to the bottom.
10/02/2025: We stopped twice during a stay in Santa Fiora..very good coffee..clean environment and really friendly staff.

Poi pizza margherita e castagnaccio , il
Tutto accompagnato da un prosecco
Ma devo dire che l impasto della pizza è davvero fatto bene

24/08/2023: I only had breakfast. Poorly maintained environment, dirty cappuccino cup and the feeling of almost annoying the lady behind the counter.
16/07/2023: I took a crodino in this bar, it was served to me with a sad bowl of chips and nothing else... I expected something more.

Tutto ottimo!!!Non siamo riusciti a finire la pizza perché le porzioni sono veramente generose.. prima avevamo preso dei cuozzi..buonissimi!!!
Accoglienza perfetta..la ragazza è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.
I prodotti che usano sono veramente di qualità .
Posto consigliatissimo..intimo e accogliente.
