14/09/2025: I went in June and booked for September the day after I got home. The staff were very friendly, almost all of whom were first-time guests, so they know what it's like. Because there are different guides, the routes you take also vary. My second time, I brought my dogs, and they were also welcomed with great enthusiasm. Eating at long tables makes it easy to connect with other guests. The food is good and varied. For me, it's not a question of if I'll go back, but when I can.

08/09/2025: What can I say? A magical place. Clean rooms, fantastic views, simple yet exquisite cuisine, authentic flavors from times gone by—everything was truly excellent. The horseback riding experience exceeded all our expectations. The horses were well-groomed, the guides were patient and professional, and all in the Tuscan Maremma setting that needs no explanation. It has become one of our favorite places, and we'll definitely be back.

16/05/2025: Da Claudio is always a unique experience and a regular appointment. Top typical cuisine and excellent products. Kindness and amiability like there is no longer any. See you soon ... And in fact we returned for lunch and dinner ... everything was excellent as always
