22/06/2025: We ordered 7 take-out pizzas. Our request was met with some confusion and perplexity: “If you want, we’ll make them for you right away.” Despite this, we trusted the service with high expectations. Unfortunately, once we got home, our expectations were disappointed. Out of 7 pizzas, 3 were completely wrong, with more crust than toppings and a rubbery dough. We immediately called to report the mix-up, if only to inform the owners. The response was rather detached, with an almost arrogant tone. We were told: “Well, the ingredients weren’t the same because we didn’t have them.” But the real question is: if ingredients are missing, wouldn’t it be correct to inform the customer when they order? The conversation was confusing, as if we were trying to take advantage of the situation, when in reality we just wanted a constructive discussion. To their credit, they offered to remake the 3 wrong pizzas, but given the distance, it wasn’t a viable solution. We ask ourselves: is it normal that out of 7 pizzas, 3 are completely different from what was ordered? And that there was no minimal attempt by the staff to manage the situation with empathy? The environment is welcoming, nothing to say about this, but it is clear that there are several aspects to work on to improve the service and communication with the customer.

23/06/2025: I was waiting with a small baby 20 minutes and then they told me wait another one hour. Avoid!!! No respect to people!!!!

23/05/2025: I asked for a pizza They told me that there was a half hour wait or more So... I also work in a bakery-pizzeria We never send a customer away We find a way to satisfy them A pizza fits in between the others and the customer is satisfied I didn't ask for ten pizzas I asked for one... In 8 minutes a pizza is ready for us.. We always try to satisfy customers I work like this
