13/09/2025: INCREDIBLE, in 2025 they still don't have pizzas without mozzarella or with lactose-free mozzarella. Otherwise, it's pretty good: fabulous bread, ditto schiacciata, but you have to make pizzas without mozzarella.

08/12/2025: I was here with my motorcycle club for a social lunch, and we had a great time. The cuisine was traditional Tuscan, with generous portions. Nothing fancy, but excellent in its simplicity. Here, you don't take pictures of the food, you eat! The service was excellent and friendly. A large room that can accommodate many people, with outdoor tables and ample parking. We'll be back.

04/10/2025: What can I say? It's a sure thing! At Silvano's you eat well and the price is right! Top pizza, but for me the pappa al pomodoro is the highlight! Compliments to Marco and all his staff... see you soon!

30/11/2025: ☀️ Today we had lunch at Osteria del Tempo Perso in Montespertoli, and it was a truly delightful experience. I was with my wife and daughter, and we had a great time right away, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. For the little girl, we ordered coccoli with stracchino and cooked ham: delicious, fresh, and perfect for little ones. We started with an excellent Tuscan antipasto for two, rich and beautifully presented. Next, we had a mixed roast (chicken, sausage, and rosticciana) for two: flavorful meat, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. We also tried the pappardelle with wild boar, creamy and with an authentic sauce, and a Catalana, very well prepared. We finished with two coffees, water, a Coke, and a quart of red wine. The bill, €85, was more than adequate for the quality and quantity of what we ate. All in all, an excellent lunch: authentic cuisine, friendly service, and a truly comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

30/11/2025: We stumbled upon Osteria del Tempo Perso by chance while out walking and didn't know it existed. The view is beautiful, the girl who welcomed us was kind and smiling, and we ate really well. The pappardelle with wild boar were fabulous, as were the coccoli: everything was delicious. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

19/12/2025: A simple yet comfortable place, with giant thin-crust pizzas, excellent dough and toppings. Punctual and fast, a guarantee even when you're short on time. Truly excellent!

16/11/2025: A large group of (very hungry!) cyclists couldn't have been more delighted! From the moment we booked, we were offered a decidedly... unusual menu: "meat & fish." No one would have imagined that the evening would be spent happily (simultaneously) enjoying the two "full portion" menus! What a dinner, guys! Tasty dishes, always served with extraordinary attention, plentiful and authentic. A special mention for the fish (the fried food was excellent!) and the meat-based first courses. And then, the house wine, dessert, coffee, and liqueur were all very good. The place is particularly suitable for large groups, not only for the space but especially for the service, which was truly efficient and courteous. The final bill definitely makes us want to come back! Congratulations! Until the next ride, guys!

01/11/2025: We booked our table at 9:00 PM, and they seated us at 9:30 PM. The glasses were brought at 9:50 PM, but there was still no sign of the cutlery. When the cutlery arrived, we noticed how unclean it was and politely asked if we could change it. A bit annoyed, they brought it back even dirtier; they never brought it back clean. The food (Margherita pizzas) arrived, the first at 10:00 PM, the last at 10:15 PM. They weren't even that great; the tomato was raw, the mozzarella tasteless. I don't recommend it if you're in a hurry.
