06/05/2026: Absolutely incredible in every way—the service, the attention to detail, and the love that goes into each and every dish.
We arrived before they opened, and since it was raining heavily, they let us in and let us wait inside, offering us a glass of wine to make the wait more pleasant. Wonderful service and a spectacular dinner, with attention to every detail, including the homemade sourdough bread… We didn't even have time to take all the photos! ☺️
02/05/2026: Nine of us suddenly walked in the door on Labour Day, just as they were opening. There was no hesitation in welcoming us and creating a great evening, from the moment we walked in the door we were made welcome by all the staff. We can’t recommend that you visit and enjoy the hospitality highly enough! Excellent!

03/03/2026: Amazing food- this Tuscan Fusion style is amazing. Thomaso our waiter was very knowledge, does speak English which was helpful. The price for the food you receive is very reasonable, you will not be disappointed.

High-quality ingredients, prepared down to the smallest detail.
Both meat and fish are carefully prepared and always with a touch of innovation.

31/05/2026: I remembered this restaurant from having been there before, but I was truly disappointed. The appetizer was meager and unappealing to the eye. The meat was of poor quality. Tiramisu in name but not in essence; even the main ingredient was missing: coffee, not even a drop. Based on my experience, I can say that there are much better options in the area.

04/08/2026: The service was very curt, even though it wasn't busy. The food was completely unremarkable, far too salty, and the salad was a disappointment. I had expected more, as the atmosphere was lovely with the terrace and many locals were there. For that, it was quite expensive!

01/08/2026: A typical Tuscan trattoria with a view of the valley overlooking Gambassi. It's a lovely place to be in the evenings with the breeze blowing. It's run by a very friendly Peruvian family and offers good food.
