The menu is divided into Tuscan menu OR The chef's menu The dishes we tasted were delicious, almost all taken from the chef's menu, compliments for the combinations, a symphony of flavours. 10/08/2024: Before you read this, make yourself a favor a buy this tour. We bought a tour through AIRB&B experience. My name is Yamil, I am from Puerto Rico and I have never written a Review. This was by far the best tour I’ve taken and its hard to believe someone will beat this. In total, we had 6 types of wine but volume wise we all had like 1 1/2 glasses (although I advised my group was small (about 5)). Besides the great wine, our guide (Tommy) made some stops on the vineyards, cellars, and in a genuine ceramic called Corsini shop which was really nice. Once in the vineyards they served us an amount of bread, cheese, wine, and olive oil that was of amazing quality. And, although this was all great, the best part of the tour, was Tommy, Marco and another’s worker which I never caught his name. They made is feel in our home, they were great and supper kind. I would paid this again. I hope to see all of them in the future and wish them the best of luck.

28/10/2024: We celebrated our wedding in an informal way in this restaurant that we already knew. The location is to promote the Tuscan landscape in the world!!! The owner was very kind and helpful in meeting our requests for organizing the event. Together we identified the menu which then achieved unanimous success, thanks above all to the quality of the dishes, therefore particular praise to the chef and the entire kitchen. The staff, professionally efficient and discreet, were particularly kind, even taking unsolicited but very welcome initiatives, such as cutting the cake on that splendid terrace overlooking the beautiful vineyards. I don't know what else to say to express our gratitude for helping to make this day special. Thank you very much and see you soon. Silvia and Leonardo

08/02/2025: La gentilezza dei proprietari ci ha assolutamente conquistato, i piatti erano tutti ottimi dall'antipasto al dolce. Consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

05/10/2024: Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo delizioso ristorante, una certezza! L'ambiente è molto curato, il servizio impeccabile e ti riempiono di premure (ad esempio offrendoti un calice di prosecco e una schiacciata all'olio calda per ingannare l'attesa), il menù è sempre diverso, sia di pesce che di carne. Quello che apprezziamo particolarmente è la riscoperta di sapori tradizionali che non si trovano facilmente. Noi ad esempio abbiamo optato per uno squisito sformato di gobbi (o cardi), per un antipasto toscano con degli affettati squisiti, tagliolini ai funghi e ziti con polpettine, pomodoro e provola. A seguire degli ottimi involtini di asparagi e pecorino con contorno di patate arrosto e funghi!!! Per finire un ottimo tiramisù e una schiacciata con l'uva. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

03/01/2025: Conosciuto il titolare Fabrizio Forconi ad un evento sul Chianti Montespertoli a Roma, ho subito apprezzato la persona e la sua produzione di vino, per cui ho scelto di passarci il Capodanno con gli amici. Scelta azzeccatissima: subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa, coccolati in una struttura lussuosa eppure economica immersa nelle campagne toscane, ottimi i vini, ottima la cucina, bella e divertente la festa di Capodanno e gentilissimo tutto il personale. Ci ritorneremo (così come tanti degli altri ospiti sono loro clienti fissi, ci sarà pure un motivo)❤️🍷

02/01/2025: Having met the owner Fabrizio Forconi at an event on the Chianti Montespertoli in Rome, I immediately appreciated the person and his wine production, so I chose to spend New Year's Eve there with friends. Excellent choice: we immediately felt at home, pampered in a luxurious yet economical structure immersed in the Tuscan countryside, excellent wines, excellent cuisine, beautiful and fun New Year's Eve party and all the staff very kind. We will return (just as many of the other guests are regular customers, there must be a reason)❤️🍷
