31/12/2024: On the advice of a friend I went to the bibo restaurant in mid-December. I had a truly mouth-watering knife joke as an appetizer. First tortello with white ragù, very good. For steak, a nice 1.7 kg Prussian steak and a fillet. Excellent meat, matured just right and super tasty. Prices a hair above average. The well-stocked wine cellar is excellent

06/01/2025: We stayed here again in autumn, after many years. And the experience was truly fantastic. The menu is particular and creative while highlighting the local specialties and the staff (all very young, kind, helpful and friendly) were really very nice. Hope to return soon!

25/12/2024: Delicious food. The truffle dishes are amazing, the desserts are great. Apparently it's not that easy to get to the restaurant, but I was lucky to get a dinner tasting of truffle dishes.

Di qui passano da sempre le auto della 1000 Miglia per poi raggiungere Bologna. Accogliente bar che offre anche cucina tipica toscana. Piatti semplici e gustosi, cortesia e familiarità assicurati sempre. Prezzi popolari in un contesto naturale di straordinaria bellezza tra Mugello e Valle dell'Idice.

04/01/2025: A restaurant where you can eat local country fare. You can eat unusual dishes that you can't get at regular restaurants. The porcini mushroom fritto was exquisite. The mysterious little fried bread was also very delicious. I had ravioli with nettle sauce. All dishes were delicious. The atmosphere of the shop was like an old house in this village, with a fireplace and a nice atmosphere.

30/08/2024: Excellent experience.. We, the celiac family, are always pleasantly struck by the place which is located right where there was the old customs house that divided Emilia from Tuscany. La Dogana is a beautiful place tastefully furnished. We also had the opportunity to eat accompanied by some side dishes for celiacs, which is not at all a given. We found competence and professionalism on the part of the young managers as well as friendliness and some anecdotes about the place. If you are traveling in the Apennines, it is worth a stop. 25/08/2024: A beautiful entrepreneurial reality of young kids. Three members, a lot of care and passion give excellent drinks, a nice choice of beers and delicious dishes. A nice place to escape from the heat of Bologna to enjoy fresh air, sunset and excellent dishes.

30/10/2024: I stayed in the property during an event organized on site. The room was welcoming, clean and met expectations. I also used the restaurant services for both dinner and lunch the following day. Excellent dishes, generous portions and reasonable prices for what is consumed. Worth noting is the excellent courtesy of the staff.

16/12/2023: I have passed by this restaurant several times and had never stopped, one day my wife and I did so and discovered a phenomenal place: excellent food and a welcoming place but the real added value is the couple who run it. Perfect for a pleasant culinary break during the Bologna/Florence journey on the S.S.64, it is always full of motorcyclists and other friendly people passing by. Informal but very nice and warm environment. I recommend booking.
