30/01/2025: I must say that it is the restaurant where I found myself pampered, satisfied and satisfied in every aspect relating to catering. Incredible raw materials, prepared with a rare and skilful hand, unreal room service in how courteous and professional it is but above all aimed at customer satisfaction without too much fuss. I provoked them at the end of the perfect dinner by asking to put them in crisis for a moment but without telling me anything it arrived and it was fantastic. It's been years since I found a place so perfect in every aspect. Congratulations to everyone and see you next time.

01/01/2025: Sono stata oggi, capodanno, a mangiare in questo posto, ci ero già stata 1 anno fa per un matrimonio, devo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo in entrambi i casi. Tutto di ottima qualità, porzioni abbondanti, servizio impeccabile. Prezzo adeguato. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza.

26/01/2025: I visited a restaurant with a homely atmosphere, which promised an experience of eating like in someone's home. Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects: - Food: The first courses were overcooked and we found baking paper in the fried vegetables. This is unacceptable for a restaurant. - Service: It was VERY SLOW. After finishing eating at 4.30pm, we asked for a coffee, but were told this was not possible as they had to clear the table for dinner. This is truly UNACCEPTABLE. -Staff: some very professional and kind waiters, except for a gentleman who got angry with one of my friends, I have no words. In conclusion, the experience was below expectations. I don't think I'll return. Not recommended.

08/09/2024: Nos alojamos en Villa Petriolo por 6 noches en septiembre de 2024. No habíamos planeado ir al restaurante con estrella Michelin en el lugar, ya que generalmente evitamos los menús degustación y preferimos trattorias y osterías locales más casuales (como la excelente Osteria Golpaja, también en el lugar) , pero estamos muy contentos de haberlo hecho. Pudimos seleccionar platos a la carta de los dos menús degustación - uno vegetariano y otro mixto. Teníamos tres platos cada uno, un aperitivo, plato principal y postre de cada uno de los menús. Las opciones vegetarianas fueron las mejores, quizás no es de extrañar cuando todos los vinos y productos se cultivan en la finca sostenible en la que se encuentra el restaurante. El personal es apasionado por lo que ofrecen, pero sin pretensiones. La comida era divina, y el ambiente y el servicio en este restaurante en la Toscana rural eran iguales a cualquier cosa que hemos experimentado en Michelin - restaurantes con estrellas en todo el mundo. Muy recomendable.

But without a doubt the best thing was the treatment of the team, with a smile at all times and although we did not speak Italian (Spanish traveling by bike from Nice to Naples) we had the pleasure of being able to chat with the team and enjoy this incredible place.
