Excellent and friendly service.
An excellent alternative just a few minutes' drive from Florence for good food and a break from chaotic, overpriced restaurants.
Highly recommended.

25/10/2025: Unfortunately, I can't eat gluten or lactose, and even something as seemingly simple as breakfast at a bar can be difficult to achieve. At Bar La Curva, I found, in addition to the helpful and friendly staff, delicious gluten-free and lactose-free products. Tarts, biscuits... and everything was strictly single-serving to avoid cross-contamination. The cappuccino was also delicious (including the lactose-free one).
I'm writing to recommend the place to anyone like me who has food intolerances and still wants to enjoy a good breakfast at a bar.

15/11/2025: Excellent dinner, amazing sandwiches at super affordable prices. As for the beer, it's also excellent, all craft, and the selection varies depending on the time of year. The place has a variety of board games to keep you entertained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet evening with friends.

12/03/2026: If you're celiac and looking for a sushi place, stop here because these guys truly understand what it means to eat gluten-free and then prepare and serve food separately to avoid cross-contamination. The only flaw is that the allergens on their menu aren't listed correctly, but just ask the waiter to find out that much of their menu can be prepared gluten-free. When they brought my sushi to the table, they double-checked the order to make sure it was placed correctly. When you fill out the order slip, write "Gluten-Free" in the notes; nothing could be simpler. I've rarely felt so at ease at a place that isn't part of the AIC network; try it and believe it.

10/12/2025: I tried their breakfast and was amazed: the quality of the ingredients was evident, a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity of flavors. But the real masterpiece was their... an explosion of flavor, with ultra-fresh ricotta and a crunchy crust that melted in your mouth.
It wasn't just breakfast, but a complete culinary experience. I can't wait to return to discover more of their artisanal creations and enjoy such excellence once again. Highly recommended for those seeking quality and authenticity!

A well-stocked pastry shop, with individual pastries and larger ones to share, brioches, cakes for every occasion, and even chocolates. All homemade.
At lunchtime, they offer a menu with first and second courses.
They have a small indoor dining room with plenty of seating and a terrace with a few tables.
