22/05/2025: It's cold, dirty, smells of cigarettes. The thermostat doesn't work, the rooms look intimidating, the showers haven't been properly cleaned in a long time, there's mold.

19/05/2025: We were part of a group and arrived in the evening around 9 pm. Food was served at the table and started from 9.30pm till up to 11.30 pm. The staff was serving the food in such a slow and lackadaisical way that half the group quit before the entire course was served. This was repeated for breakfast the next day as well where the previous days leftovers were served and buffet was not refilled unless explicitly requested by us. The most egregious thing was that only our group of Indians were ignored. The treatment for Europeans sitting in a different hall seemed to be much better. The hotel itself is located in a very quaint location which requires some travelling. The ambience is quite good and the rooms are maintained quite well. If not for the poor quality of service during meals I would say this was quite a good hotel.
