Personale cordiale e attento e sempre professionale.
Cibo ottimo. Ho provato (in due serate consecutive) pizza, zuppa toscana e petto d'anatra all' arancia con finocchio.
Tutto ottimo!
Se possibile, aggiungerei una sesta stella per Giovanna, la tenerissima gatta che è venuta ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo.
Assolutamente consigliato!

01/12/2024: A dive into the past... the restaurant is historic, I think it has been in business for about 50 years but you can hear everyone, the rooms are old style, when full they are very noisy, the food is genuine but always stuck in the years gone by!
The cuisine for celiacs which guarantees non-contamination is definitely a plus.
For the rest it would need a restyling to make it more welcoming.
The service is kind and welcoming.

Well, I've never found any flaws!
Clean environment, kind and courteous staff, super good ice cream, space.
I recommend stopping by and enjoying a nice Chocolate Ice Cream, but also all the other flavors which are delicious.
07/09/2023: Chocolate ice cream: an experience that will have you singing "Chocolate ice cream, my forbidden dream..." The ice cream is creamy and tasty. The service is courteous and the price is reasonable. An ice cream shop worth visiting, even if you are not a fan of Pupo

Ideal for a romantic getaway or for a family holiday as it is a quiet and peaceful place immersed in the greenery of Tuscany.
I also recommend this hotel to those who want to visit various cities and towns in the area, as it is located in a strategic point and close to villages to visit and the city of Arezzo

Abbiamo trovato una pizza buonissima, saporita e molto bene condita.
Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto come se fossimo di casa.
Servizio rapido nonostante le molte pizze da asporto.
Torneremo sicuramente!
