16/06/2025: welcoming, street-side place, excellent Pici with cacio e pepe, and with ragù and porcini mushrooms...a few more smiles from the staff wouldn't be bad... the rest was perfect.

09/11/2025: It's a rotisserie, not a restaurant. I went there with my wife on a Sunday for lunch. The portions are generous and hot, and there's a good selection of dishes, some of which are truly delicious. The staff is friendly, and the place is well-maintained. The only thing is that the plastic plates would be nice to replace with ceramic ones. Overall, I highly recommend it.

09/08/2025: We were driving through and needed a lunch stop. We were not deceived by the ratings. It was exactly what we were looking for. A buffet offered with many meat, pasta, and vegetable dishes. You order at the buffet pointing to what you want and take a seat. They then serve you at the table and you pay at the counter when you are finished. The food was delicious. We had several types of chicken included bacon wrapped and a kabob. We had a beef wrapped in cheese, gnocchi that was perfectly cooked, a hearty lasagna, and green beans, broccoli, and potatoes. Bread was delicious! Overall, it was quick service and great food. We left full and ready for the rest of our drive. Thank you for the great service and wonderful food! Ciao!

11/11/2025: Excellent store, clean and tidy, super friendly staff. Top-notch bakery department. I like it even though it's small. The quality of service is important and they're really well organized.

28/10/2025: Well-stocked store with good-quality products. Clean and tidy. Prices slightly above average. However, the staff is constantly changing, which detracts from efficiency, especially at the checkout.

10/08/2025: locale retrò con gusto che lascia a desiderare sia nelle poltrone che arredi. L'ingresso adatto , senza offesa, per camionisti e non eccessivamente pulito. Un pò tutta la s truttura, c'è anche l'annesso hotel, non è delle migliori e siamo, praticamente, in aperta campagna, una piccola frazione di Castiglion Fiorentino. E' difficile capire qual'è il piatto tipicoo quello d el giorno perchè la presentazione è un pò confusionaria. Cibo sufficientemente discreto ma nulla di particolarmente allettante. Servizio passabile e insomma un ambiente che non lascia il segno anche se i prezzi sono più che praticabili e per quasi tutt le tasche. Magari non era una giornata particolarmente attrattiva e converebbe riprovare in altre occasioni conviviali.

19/09/2025: Disclaimer: I absolutely don't want to make casual or slanderous comments; I just want to share my experience. I regretfully can't say that my family and I had a good stay at this agriturismo, ending our stay early with some sacrifices. Perhaps we just happened to be in a "bad period," I can't say for sure. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Mrs. Katia, the "jack-of-all-trades." She told us that the owner was away due to unforeseen circumstances and would be away for the entire duration of our stay. Unfortunately, she was unaware of our arrangements with the owner regarding the guesthouse, which left us perplexed that the owner didn't remember this, even though I had contacted him at the beginning of the week to remind him. The room we were assigned was nice, complete with a kitchenette and air conditioning. It was clean, not the best, but it was fine. It's a shame about the very uncomfortable bed that kept us from sleeping. We asked if there was a solution, so we were assigned another room with the same features. It was also nice, with a slightly better mattress (very little better than the previous one). We spent the rest of the stay there, which unfortunately wasn't comfortable, as the refrigerator door didn't close properly, creating a lot of condensation inside and running almost continuously (and very loudly). The outlets in the kitchen were broken (I fixed them myself), the TV didn't work, and the curtains didn't cover all the windows, leaving us very bright in the morning. There were malfunctions with the electric gate, which resulted in us being locked out twice (luckily we had a second entrance). Unfortunately, the park isn't well-lit, creating many dark spots. The breakfast was minimal and packaged, unlike those offered by other Tuscan farmhouses. Another thing that could be a nuisance is that when leaving the property, you have to be careful not to let your dogs escape once you open the gate (this didn't bother us). So, unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to anyone. P.S. I repeat, Mrs. Katia was invaluable, very helpful, and attentive to us. If it weren't for her, we probably would have moved much sooner.

After a woman who was purchasing some items complained, while she was on the phone with the owner to clarify the matter, she continued to rant behind the woman's back, unaware of her comments, whispering them and criticizing her to other customers in my presence. Inappropriate.
