16/07/2026: For about 30 years, we've been making regular trips to South Tyrol, near Schenna. The rustic Moschwald Alm is a must-see for us! Slightly off the beaten tourist track, the alpine pasture has retained its authentic charm. And if you're lucky enough to be invited into Elisabeth's cozy "Stüberl" for a schnapps, even the descent to Falzeben is no problem 😉. If I could give six stars, I'd give them to the Moschwald Alm!

13/07/2026: Last week we visited the lovely Elisabeth at her alpine pasture and had the honor of taking a dumpling-making course with her! It was absolutely fantastic! A welcome change from all the sports. Elisabeth and her family cook exclusively with fresh ingredients at the pasture, and everything from bacon dumplings and apple strudel to Kaiserschmarren is homemade – we were there to witness it all!
