23/06/2025: No but guys at Gasthof we have nothing at all, we can easily call it a trattoria. The food leaves something to be desired, tasteless and without any flavour, definitely bought frozen, and the service is very unprofessional, everything in a rush with no attention to the customer. I don't recommend it, in Biella there is much better.
23/06/2025: We had lunch to celebrate my son-in-law's birthday, and what we chose from the menu was of excellent quality, the owner is a very sociable and professional person, the staff was also courteous and helpful.

13/06/2025: I don't mind the fact that the place is not located in the center, thus avoiding parking problems or chaos, and despite this it remains very popular. Very kind and helpful staff, and also very friendly. Quality of food, atmosphere and music, subjectively, at the top. There are also evenings when there is live music. I recommend you do not hesitate to go there.
P.s.: try the Brezen they are crazy

14/06/2025: Really great dinner! 🍖 The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Even though it was a Friday night, the service was fast and efficient. Plus, we were lucky enough to be there during a quiz night organized by the venue, which was super fun and perfect for making the evening with friends even more enjoyable! 🍺 We will definitely be back! 😊
08/06/2025: We were there on a Sunday for lunch, we had a great time with the friendly, helpful and very kind staff. The place was welcoming and clean. The service was very fast. We will definitely be back. I recommend it.

14/06/2025: I would never organize a birthday party in a place like that again. We hadn't even had a beer during dinner and they already wanted payment. Waiters totally unavailable.
I don't think I'll ever go back there again.

07/03/2025: I was in Alpe di Mera for skiing and I had the opportunity to try the Rifugio Camparient.
The rooms are clean and tidy. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and nice. The owner was very rude, during the period in which I was in this hotel there was also a school on a trip, the kids were very polite and the owner insulted them and continued to complain about them without them doing anything. The location of the Hotel is convenient for the slopes. Also, some snowshoes were lost by the staff. I would recommend a little more attention
07/03/2025: We've only been here for lunch, and every time we've been we've always had bad service (poor, slow and rude), including the owner.
