05/05/2025: So, given that we were in a hurry and we are not familiar with the area, we found this place which inspired us due to its particularity and selection of beers. Tried the herb dumplings and the Wiener Schnitzel. Good quality without too many prestige. Beers as expected, but the desserts really surprised us. Well prepared and well presented, it was worth it.....
04/05/2025: Really well done Bavarian style restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food is good, the environment has been recreated in an authentic style and the beers are poured to perfection.
We had a second course and a beer each, the dishes are plentiful, to get the beer I waited a few minutes for it to be poured correctly (without too much foam or carbon dioxide).
The prices seemed average to me and the quality was really good, I would happily go back.

Piatti tipici che spaziano tra la Baviera e l'Alto Adige, ottime birre alla spina, proprietario simpatico, cortese, acuto osservatore del mondo e dell'umana varietà.
Il tutto, in una magnifica cantina antica, seicentesca.
Nel cuore di Crema.
Toccherà per forza ritornarci.
12/01/2025: Questo locale è una piacevole sorpresa nel panorama dei ristoranti a Crema. Sembra di ritrovarsi in Alto Adige visto l'ambientazione e il menù proposto.
Sono abituato a passare molto tempo in Trentino e trovare le stesse pietanze cucinate con la stessa maestria mi fa sentire come se fossi in montagna.
Il personale è cortese, gentilissimo.
Il prezzo è senza dubbio in linea con quanto proposto.
