25/12/2024: Excellent trattoria where you can eat a delicious paella in Verona. The desserts are also excellent. Very kind staff, they explain everything down to the smallest detail! Super generous portions! The only flaw is that the place inside is a little cramped, tables too close together. In the summer it will certainly be more characteristic, I will certainly return to dine outside!

30/12/2024: Io e mio marito abbiamo cenato e pernottato una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Bella posizione, vista sul borgo di Mulazzo e vicino ad una pineta.....silenzio e tranquillità! Mi è piaciuto l'arredamento spagnoleggiante e soprattutto cena ottima e tutto lo staff attento, disponibile e gentile. La camera molto pulita, unico neo è la doccia un po' piccola e la mancanza del bidet, ma ci si adatta! Sicuramente torneremo per una cena quando saremo nuovamentei in Lunigiana (abbiamo una casa in zona che purtroppo al nostro arrivo era inagibile e abbiamo scelto di pernottare al Caracol per una notte, ottima scelta) Complimenti a tutto lo staff!!

03/11/2024: We had lunch at this restaurant last Friday. Very good paella, taken in two different versions, both valid. Big disappointment for the starter, chosen Cantabrian anchovies. They were served in a sad metal box (like a supermarket...) with some fillets in oil inside, all accompanied by pieces of bread, let's say toasted.... costing 12 euros! Definitely worth seeing again.

25/08/2024: A wonderful structure, surrounded by greenery, Gianluca and Elisa two exceptionally fantastic people, as my daughter says, her uncles...lilly their wonderful dog with Cruella Enzo and Ronnie and splendid kittens that my little girl loved and always played with them. Excellent meals, from breakfast to dinner, dinner in their San Bartolomeo restaurant a few km from the hotel equally exquisite and impeccable service. Swimming pool suitable for children and adults. In general it is a place to be absolutely recommended to experience days of absolute relaxation and escape from the hectic and chaotic daily life and above all without a television which was the best thing. Right out of the way for those who want to relax after months of hard work. A big kiss and a hug to our Uncles and we will come to visit you very soon. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality you are fantastic and unique people. Michele, Lisa and Noel.

22/08/2024: Io, mio marito e il cane siamo stati qualche giorno ospiti della struttura, con la formula mezza pensione. Le camere eccezionali, la cucina ottima e la piscina veramente bella. La cosa che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è la cordialità di tutto lo staff. Servizio ottimo.

Despite our late booking, they were ready and available in organizing our New Year's Eve dinner, putting us completely at ease and satisfying all our wishes. The dinner proposed by the owners was delicious and attention was paid to every detail. Excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended! 03/01/2025: We had New Year's Eve dinner at this place. Well everything went well, excellent service, good dishes in adequate proportions, but a big disappointment, even if I confirm the 5 stars. I have to say, the bulk white wine served was really really bad. In addition to being of very poor quality as mentioned, it was in glass jugs and after half an hour, obviously having warmed up it was even worse than fresh, already bad as mentioned. Even the sparkling wine for the Brindisi was of very low quality. Too bad it didn't take much to get an even better result.

28/10/2024: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends and had a really good time. The first time we ate the Paella, which was really excellent, the second time we went back to try the pasta, and the third time for the pizza, all excellent. Very clean, characteristic and original place, very beautiful both inside and outside. Really pleasant house white wine. Friendly and pleasant staff. Prices normal.

22/10/2024: Nice little and cozy place, meets my tastes, once I discovered it I went back several times. The managers are extremely kind, the preparation corner is visible. The tapas are very good.

26/07/2024: We went on Friday evening with confidence, because we know the place and up until now we had always had a good time. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience, from all points of view. The room had no air conditioning, very hot and poorly ventilated. Arriving at 8.15, we ordered more or less a quarter of an hour later; an hour later, 3 out of 5 starters arrived, after another half hour we asked for the others to arrive, which didn't even need to be cooked and had therefore obviously been forgotten. At 10 we were still waiting for the first courses, and in the meantime tables that had arrived after us were being served. We repeatedly asked for the order to arrive, we were promised that there were a few minutes left and that someone would come to speak to us to apologize and explain, but neither of these things happened. At 10.30 we decided to pay and leave. I underline that the waiter was very helpful, the totally fugitive manager left him alone to manage this very unpleasant situation. It's a real shame, it discourages us from coming back again.

26/07/2024: Siamo andate venerdì sera con fiducia, perché conosciamo il posto e finora ci eravamo sempre trovate bene. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il locale era privo di aria condizionata, molto caldo e mal aerato. Arrivate alle 8.15, abbiamo ordinato più o meno un quarto d'ora dopo; un'ora dopo sono arrivati 3 antipasti su 5, dopo un'altra mezz'ora abbiamo sollecitato l'arrivo degli altri, che non erano neppure da cuocere e quindi erano stati evidentemente dimenticati. Alle 10 stavamo ancora aspettando i primi, e nel frattempo venivano serviti tavoli arrivati dopo di noi. Abbiamo più volte sollecitato l'arrivo dell'ordinazione, ci è stato promesso che mancavano pochi minuti e che qualcuno sarebbe venuto a parlare con noi per scusarsi e spiegare, ma nessuna delle due cose è accadute. Alle 10.30 abbiamo deciso di pagare e andarcene. Sottolineo che il cameriere è stato molto disponibile, il gestore totalmente latitante lo ha lasciato solo a gestire questa situazione molto spiacevole. È un vero peccato, scoraggia dal tornare nuovamente.
