20/09/2025: Located outside the center of Castelvetrano in a residential area, this restaurant is very welcoming, airy, and clean. The staff's kindness is beyond description; as soon as we arrived with our two dogs, they brought us a tub of mineral water. The pizzas we ate were large, tasty, and well-topped. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: The bar where I gladly return every time I return to "my" triscina... a place that gives you serenity... happiness and the desire to stay and have a drink in great company... I recommend anyone who finds themselves there to go

05/11/2025: I stopped by chance with my mother at the last minute unfortunately, but what can I say? They welcomed us warmly even though it was almost closing time, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the portions are generous and the food is excellent!

13/09/2025: Very comfortable atmosphere both summer and winter, excellent service, and excellent pizza, especially the Villa Paola. It's a shame they don't have draft beer. Ample parking.

26/08/2025: The place is really cute; in the summer, tables are set up outside in a quaint courtyard, surrounded by greenery and lit by pretty strings of fairy lights. It's a real shame about the waitress's "welcome"; as soon as we were seated, she asked us all to choose the same dish "because we only have four burners." When I replied, citing our different needs (one person is vegetarian and the other doesn't eat fish), she replied with an annoyed expression, "Do as you wish, I warned you. Don't complain if you eat separately afterwards."... is this a restaurant or not? 🤣 We ordered two grilled fish and two identical first courses anyway, to make things easier for the kitchen; the other diners chose two other first courses (including vegetarian busiate pasta with basil cream) and a grilled meat. The other waiters were kind and professional, and the wait for our dishes wasn't long. The first courses are good and tasty, the grilled fish is lightly seared (the squid and shrimp are almost raw, so if you don't like it, let us know in advance). The prices are a little high compared to the local average.

21/08/2025: From the positive reviews, I expected much more: the quality of the food and its ingredients isn't the best. My companion and I ordered a plate of "gran fritto misto," which we expected to find anything but a single prawn, very few calamari, and numerous small pieces of breaded and fried swordfish. The quality and poor leavening of the pizza also disappointed us.

18/08/2025: Super friendly, helpful, and cheerful staff. Nice, quiet place, very good wood-fired pizza. A place where you can relax and enjoy fair, honest prices. I highly recommend it.

23/11/2025: The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the temple and the sea. The rooms aren't up to par for the price. Breakfast is forgettable, no espresso, just a machine. All packaged Eurospin products are a sugar bomb, nothing fresh or baked. Breakfast is awful. A voucher for a croissant and cappuccino outside would be better.
