Friendly personal, good coffee and pastry. Very reasonable prices.
Seating indoors and outdoors.
Also perfect for a copious aperitivo before lunch. 😉
Free parking right in front of the door.

12/11/2024: This is a wonderful place. The Arancini was amazing and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be going back.
Update: it's a month later, and this has become my regular place for breakfast or lunch.
The cappuccino, pasticcino, and calzone along with everyone there are amazing.
