27/03/2025: Twice in a row at the last moment my reservation was cancelled, in an incorrect manner. If you go in a group you are welcome but if you are 2 adults and two children, randomly at the last moment you are contacted because there is no room, the colleague made a mistake in marking the order, despite booking in advance. I'm disappointed by the kind of attitude.

definitely good, in a very nice location, including swimming pool and outdoor garden, with courteous and professional staff. I told the owner that I would write a very positive review and I keep my word.

Downsides:
- In 2025 such a renowned restaurant/pizzeria does not have lactose-free products to make pizzas;
- Waiting time to book 40 minutes minimum;
- Waiting time to eat 60 minutes minimum;
- Stained napkins;
- Sweet raw warm hearts;
- Does not have clothes hangers;
Positive sides:
- Beautiful location;
- Waiters are all kind and helpful;
- Excellent food in both restaurant and pizzeria;
- Well heated;
- Dessert list well stocked and all available;
Neutral sides:
- Normal price-quality;
16/03/2025: I have known this place for a long time, now moved to the Chiaramonte area. It has been completely renovated, presents itself in an elegant and welcoming way... the staff is kind and efficient. Good raw material...decent pizzas.

22/12/2024: Posto eccezionale sia per vino che per cibo. Vito ci ha trattato con i guanti bianchi fin da quando siamo entrati, estremamente gentile, competente e disponibile. Un’esperienza completa dalla visita delle cantine alla degustazione al tavolo insieme alle squisite portate dello chef.

27/10/2024: Posto elegante e raffinato, il cameriere assegnato al nostro tavolo è stato preparato e competente e ci ha messo subito a nostro agio spiegandoci egregiamente l'organizzazione del locale. Cucina a vista organizzata e piacevole nelle sue varie fasi. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione "monti", un connubio perfetto tra la presentazione visiva e la ricercatezza negli abbinamenti. Abbiamo riscontrato un ritardo su una portata "fuori menù degustazione", ma irrilevante nel contesto della serata.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che equilibrato. Ritorneremo sicuramente...
