07/07/2025: Pizza not exceptional, very long waiting times, poor service! Mistakes in the receipt, waiters who did not know where to take the dishes, tables practically stuck to other diners, rustic furniture with personal photos stuck to the walls, great general confusion with waiters shouting instructions to each other (especially for the bread which apparently is never ready)... an experience not to be repeated and I'm sorry because the location is not bad

29/08/2025: We spent a lovely evening with friends who invited us to an event.
The staff was courteous and attentive.
The location was beautiful and well-kept.
The pizza in Norma was nothing special.
At least not according to the menu chosen by our hosts.
All in all, I would return to try other types of pizza; I'm sure they'll be good.
24/08/2025: Nice place, quick takeout service, but disappointing both with the pizza and the price.
You can't pay €9.50 for a simple diavola, especially if the ingredients aren't high-quality.
The dough hadn't risen at all, and you could taste the sweetness of the sugar used to speed up the process.
Also, many pizzas were missing ingredients.
The place seems nice, as does the staff.
I think the food isn't up to par with everything else.

09/08/2025: Home cooking, just like it used to be! The specialty is the "faccia di vecchia" (old bread), delicious! A place to return to again and again!
04/08/2025: I always come here when I'm in Palermo on vacation. It's a homey trattoria where you feel right at home. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the food is excellent, with a variety of Sicilian specialties. They also have a shop selling traditional products.
I recommend making reservations, even during the week, not just on weekends. See you next time.

26/08/2025: For years now, I've been doing the ritual of setting my table, waiting for the pizzas, and bringing them myself. During my summer in Palermo, a visit to Torretta is a must.

01/12/2024: Deludente, con 9 persone adulte con menù fisso ci hanno dato 2 ,poi arrivate a 3 dopo rimostranze di bottiglie di vino... servizio scortese e poco presente qualità del cibo sempre buona.
Peccato non torneremo
01/12/2024: Da un agriturismo rustico ci saremmo aspettati di più. Cibo nella media,.ma con 36 euro a persona non ci aspettavamo che ci toccasse una sola bottiglia di vino ogni 4 persone, direi semplicemente assurdo! Antipasto, primo e secondo con 0.25cl di vino a testa. I bimbi gradivano della coca cola ma con la versione menu fisso ci spettava soltanto una brocca di Pepsi già aperta e quindi aggiungerei senza gusto. Neanche una coca cola.chiusa e sigillata con 36 euro a persona direi esagerato per un agriturismo rurale...

Appena arrivati il tavolo prenotato alle 21:00 non era pronto...vabbè ci può stare era sabato. Cmq gli antipasti arrivano quasi subito...però dato che era alla carta...su 4 un commensale ha ordinato una frittura di pesce
Però le 3 pizze dopo 3 ore!!!
Pizze sensa SALE! MI SPIACE NON TORNO PIÙ

14/02/2025: Mi sono trovato a carini e siccome già sera inoltrata decido di cenare- Noto questa pizzeria e senza indugiare entro nel locale. A prima vista le pizze sembravano buone e decido di consumare. Personale gentile e cortese e la pizza ottima
