16/08/2025: I've been coming to Capaci for three years now on vacation, and it's always a great pleasure to visit the "I Parrucciani" restaurant. A warm welcome, very professional and friendly service, and the dishes are truly delicious. It's an ideal place to discover some gems of Sicilian gastronomy or to simply enjoy a pizza. There's something for everyone: meat, fish, vegetarian... A friend ordered the Scoglio 2.0 pasta: a plate that's not only beautiful to look at but also excellent in taste. I personally ordered the montanarine, which I love (small fried and topped pizzas), as well as the excellent Parma ham and burrata.
There are some niche products to discover, including some wonderful craft Sicilian beers. There's also non-alcoholic beer :))))
This restaurant is extremely popular, so it's important to make a reservation. Thank you, I Parrucciani ♥️

I always eat and prefer the salmon one (if the place and the atmosphere inspire confidence) 😅 I always order it!
And since it's one of my favorites, I said okay! I trust them...

20/07/2025: A great place, with a great atmosphere and decor. We weren't aware of it before it opened, but they still organized and invited us for a Sicilian feast. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Zero level of professionalism! There were three of us, but only two of us ate fish, and that speaks volumes about the fact that I paid €420.
The staff were unreliable and unprofessional. No one came to the table to weigh the lobster and tell us its weight before cooking it. Then I found myself paying a whopping €196 for two starters on the house! I've been to the best restaurants in Sicily, but I've never seen such treatment! They were taken for a ride just to make a profit. Highly discouraged! The quality of the fish wasn't even as excellent and fresh as they recommended! Never again!

22/08/2025: Attentive and polite guys, ready to help anyone in need. Well done! I gave them five stars because they deserve it all.
14/08/2025: I'd give it less than zero, but that's not possible. This isn't a lido, it's a public beach where some unprofessional kids charge you €20 for a dilapidated umbrella and two battered lounge chairs. Showers cost 50 cents each (they last 30 seconds), and the nonexistent bar relies on a bar that makes coffee pods and sells two-day-old croissants. The beach is dirty, and the sea water is full of sanitary towels. You risk contracting the worst diseases. After an hour, my family and I changed places.

17/06/2025: Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene. Merita la location vista piscina e vista mare ( anche se ce ne sono di piu’ belle). La pizza non la abbiamo affatto digerita bene e l’antipasto caldo era un surgelato non di qualità. Prezzi nella norma. Tempi di attesa non esagerati.
13/06/2025: Molto poco organizzati, alla prenotazione avevo chiesto se c'era menù senza glutine e hanno detto di sì, ma purtroppo non è così, non scherzate con la salute delle persone.

09/08/2024: Questa sera ci rechiamo io, la mia famiglia e tutti i miei parenti per una rimpatriata in questa pizzeria. Inizialmente risulto essere scettica data la quantità notevole di recensioni negative lette su questa pizzeria, ma decidiamo comunque di tentare la sorte. Abbiamo optato per il menù da 9 euro (antipasto caldo, bibite e pizza a scelta tra le classiche). Il servizio è stato molto veloce, gli antipasti devo dire molto buone e le panelle non erano completamente unte di olio. Dopo un poco arrivano le pizze, siamo rimasti tutti molto contenti perché erano molto buone (io ho preso il calzone ed era pienissimo di condimento) e anche le altre persone al tavolo sono rimaste molto soddisfatte.
Unica nota stonata: il personale. Abbiamo ripetuto più volte di portare della semplice acqua o dei tovaglioli in più perché erano terminati (il locale non era pienissimo, quindi, non capivamo il ritardo) e si passavano di mano in mano la richiesta da noi posta.
In generale, lo consiglio per chi non ha troppe pretese in ambito culinario, ama una pizza rustica con ingredienti semplici e vuole pagare poco! Sicuramente ci ritornerò, sperando in un servizio migliore.
PS: sono presenti delle opzioni anche per chi è celiaco ( punto decisamente a loro favore) con anticipato caldo con patatine e panelle cotte in olio separato dal resto e pizza senza glutine.
