30/08/2024: I only discovered Saitta this year: in the morning we travel a few kilometers so we can have breakfast with them.
Absolutely fantastic granitas with cream and brioche. Don't miss their cannoli which is the best I have ever eaten in Sicily together with one from a pastry shop in Erice. Very courteous and kind staff.
Also worth trying is their amazing ice cream!

10/08/2024: On the occasion of a birthday party, friends advised me to go to the Bar Pasticceria Alta Marea to purchase sweets and cakes. At first glance I was struck by the welcome of the qualified staff, advising me and satisfying my requests. I would also add that I always receive compliments on my purchases of various desserts and cakes. I recommend it.

The staff is very kind and present without being intrusive.
The garden is furnished with simplicity and taste, with attention to the smallest details.

14/08/2024: Sconsiglio altamente, personale poco professionale e scarbato.
L atteggiamento e l’accoglienza sono il biglietto da visita di un bar, imparate a trattare con rispetto i clienti perché altrimenti fate cattiva figura e la voce si sparge. Ps. Non é era la prima volta che andavo, anni fa avevo fatto un aperitivo e le patatine erano molle cosi come gli arachidi.
13/08/2024: Embarrassing. Owner not at all kind, unprofessional, rude, arrogant and grumpy. I absolutely do not recommend. I honestly don't know how they still manage to keep this place open, given the other negative reviews. If I had seen it before I wouldn't have gone at all.

29/08/2024: Poca attenzione al cliente, a tavola presente un solo bicchiere.
Se bevevi acqua non potevi bere il vino.
Eravamo in 8 a tavola e abbiamo dovuto chiedere il pane innumerevoli volte e ogni volta portavano pochi pezzetti.
La QUALITA’ del cibo e’ buona , ma ho trovato veramente misera
la porzione dei paccheri , considerando il costo del piatto , che ho denominato

Frittura buona e abbondante.
Prezzi molto alti per la location il servizio offerto.
Il posto ha grandi potenzialità, sicuramente un ottimo chef,
e camerieri disponibili e gentili, ma manca un coordinamento.

21/09/2024: Terrible experience! Disorganized and inefficient staff! We asked about the menu and the waiters couldn't answer. When we asked to know the contents of the rolls, a waiter replied that the kitchen didn't know how they were made because they buy them pre-made. We waited for dessert and after 15 minutes, just because we asked, we were told that the requested desserts were not available. Overall the food and especially the pizzas were average.
09/09/2024: The place has always been the same for years and years, in fact it is losing its charm. There is nothing for the children who get bored as a result. The prices of the pizzas are fair, everything else is very expensive, a family can no longer go to a pizzeria, 4 people almost 70 euros, the desserts are expensive and tiny, the pizza is decent, the mozzarella never comes off if you bite a slice, and you take it all so the rest of the slice is empty. Floor-length tablecloths wrap around your legs and are very annoying. I'm sorry I wouldn't go back.

16/08/2023: Stasera in data 16 agosto mi sono recata al lido per acquistare dell'acqua, ho prima usufruito del bagno per poi prendere la bottiglia e un tizio che noi non avevamo neanche notato (infornava le pizze) presumo sia il proprietario è entrato sbraitando in bagno dicendo che prima dobbiamo salutare, che siamo state maleducate etc, tutto questo urlando come un pazzo. Con tanto di educazione abbiamo provato a "difenderci" dicendo che la nostra intenzione era comprare subito dopo essere andate in bagno dell'acqua. Infine, me ne vado dal locale e non mi è stato fatto neanche lo scontrino, pertanto sono persone che EVADONO al fisco oltre che concedersi il lusso di trattare male i clienti e la gente, in questo caso delle donne. Non mi vedrete mai più e sconsiglierò a chiunque.
