27/03/2025: The first time I was here was in 2019 and since then, whenever I have the chance, I always try to pop in. Excellent quality food, well cooked. Excellent wine list (even if unfortunately I can't drink it for now :( ); excellent service both from the manager and his precious and professional collaborators. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in the whole province.

23/03/2025: Arrivati sul posto e chiedendo di indicarci il nostro tavolo (prenotato il giorno prima), gli addetti alla sala si accorgono di aver per sbaglio assegnato quest'ultimo a un altro gruppo. Dopo averci fatto aspettare qualche minuto all'ingresso, ci fanno accomodare su un tavolo preparato al momento, apparecchiato "da pizzeria", dove stavamo stretti e si faceva fatica a muoversi o spostarsi dal proprio posto. Piatti e quantità nella media, ma non conformi all'alto prezzo pagato. Proprietario e addetti non si sono scusati per il disagio. Sconsigliato del tutto.

28/12/2024: 110 cum laude restaurant. It will be the fifth time I've come, the first in winter, and I know I'll always go without fail. Very nice place, well furnished and with a nice open kitchen, which I find really tasteful. Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Excellent food. Starting from the bread basket, with an excellent focaccia and a delicious crunchy crust with seeds and cereals. I only take the 5-course tasting menu, a gastronomic journey (always different or in any case revised) of the highest level. This time they served us a delicious savory cappuccino with potato and wasabi foam, spirulina powder and raw prawn at the bottom, served with a homemade cereal croissant. Then a roasted octopus tentacle cooked to perfection with pumpkin cream and basil sauce and cocoa nibs (brilliant idea because the bitterness of the cocoa gave the dish an indescribable strength). The first was cacio e pepe with homemade rigatoni (and you could taste the difference) with seared prawn, super. For second, a very soft slice of red snapper with seared skin (I suspect it has been caramelised, an aspect which I still appreciated) with a full-bodied wakame seaweed and a chickpea cream. Since there were two of us, the desserts were different. The first is a mix of a gianduja pudding with salted caramel, vanilla ice cream and mint, the second is a sweet pastry (like chiacchiere) with sweet ricotta, strawberries and candied orange. Super recommended!

08/03/2025: Absolutely positive experience today for lunch. Few seats, relaxing environment and local and quality raw materials. The chef was very kind and helpful, and showed great passion for his cuisine. Definitely worth trying again.

For those who want to try dishes with delicious flavors, you can only choose this place! I was speechless by the perfection of the dishes and the kindness of the chef, incredible!

17/03/2025: A pizzeria restaurant located on the seafront of Sant'Agata; spacious, especially in summer when you add seats (about 400) outdoors; efficient and fast service, even when the restaurant is full. Clean bathrooms, not only at the beginning of service, and always with the necessary things to wash and dry your hands.

It's a shame for the primary thing for which we come for dinner/lunch... which is really terrible (By Claudio Fa Cagare) food without salt and a chef (if you can call him that) who now cooks so much for and without love and passion for cooking. I wouldn't go back there again. I am sorry. For the quality eaten, the price was truly excessive...

I was there the other evening and I was disappointed, the other two times I honestly had quite a good time but this time it was disappointing both in terms of food and staff and we received an unkind response to a request on our part. We went for New Year's Eve lunch, we had fun with the starter, varied and delicious, and then enjoyed the excellent second courses, refined, tasty and abundant. The choice of wines is also excellent. High quality/price ratio! We will be back with pleasure!

27/08/2024: I join Luca Barrotta's review and add. A first course busiata swordfish and aubergine that could have gone before the King. Excellent. Fried octopus on a bed of chicory and caramelized onion. A show. Mrs. Lucia is a welcoming person to the max. She went out of her way to get me a pizza for my son taken from the nearby place and served at the table. Beautiful location and excellent well prepared food. I'll be back. Fabio P. 02/11/2024: Drinks are amazing, we did not try the food. The whole theme of the bar is really nice, speakeasy style. Music and staff are both incredible!
