16/11/2025: This place, located on the seafront, has a lot to offer, but it's a disappointment. The staff is unprepared and uninterested. I ordered two rustici, the filling was almost nonexistent, and the little you do get is of terrible quality. I don't recommend it.

08/04/2026: I've been a customer for years, and for this very reason, today's experience was even more disappointing. I had ordered almond paste biscuits in advance, but was told there weren't enough, and was offered a mix with pistachio ones. I accepted only because I was clearly told there wouldn't be any other available. Shortly afterward, I discovered, once I arrived at the store, that the "classic" almond paste biscuits had been made and sold normally. When I asked, the response was that "with 50 orders, they can't recall them all." Such a response, from a commercial standpoint, is simply unacceptable. As if that weren't enough, part of the order (1 kg of biscuits) was completely lost, despite having been confirmed a few hours earlier that everything was ready. The worst part, however, was the attitude: I was told, "What should we do, it's taking way too long," in a rude and inappropriate tone, as if they were doing me a favor and as if I were inconveniencing them rather than simply being a customer asking for what they had ordered. The experience was handled superficially and unprofessionally, both in terms of organization and customer service. After years, I seriously doubt I'll return.
