15/09/2025: We go there often for both lunch and dinner.
We've always had great food, whether it's fish or meat. The wine list is excellent.
I give it top marks because every time we've gone to the grill, we've always had a wonderful time, and those few hours are a chance to relax and unwind, so much so that we don't mind the occasional wait or not finding one of our favorite dishes.
There's an internal garden and a panoramic terrace, which are our children's favorite spots.
Overall, highly recommended.
Ask the staff for advice, relax, and treat yourself to a quality lunch or dinner.

01/09/2025: Good facility, well organized, my girlfriend and I had a truly relaxing time. Very reasonable ticket prices and even food at the bar. Anyone who says it's expensive is because they've never left the house. 5 stars for everything.

15/10/2025: The hotel have a great location in front of termini , it’s close to all the “must places “ the staff are nice but they are only there from 11 am to 8 pm . I have stayed in two rooms , one on the 1st floor with a view on the street (you can sleep just fine ) . The other on the 4th floor with a view on the backyard .
So if you want something affordable with a great location , this hotel is the perfect fit for you .

11/08/2023: Un menù fuori,ti siedi al tavolo ed ecco che ti dicono che puoi ordinare solo pizza perché lo Chef non c'è..
Ok.. può succedere..
Ritorniamo a pranzo e ci dicono che il menù solo la sera,torni la sera e ti dicono solo pizza..prendono in giro e non capisco che così il turista non torna!!!!
Pessimo trattamento!!!
Anche perché sarebbe più corretto coprire il menù e scrivere pizzeria!!!

Mancuso Antonio stands out for its customer service, rapid response times, and the punctuality of its staff, who are always expert and available.
I was greeted with great kindness on the phone: the lady who answered was clear, courteous, and very prompt in explaining everything to me in detail.
I own an Electrolux appliance, one of the best brands on the market, but which in the past had been disappointing in its after-sales service. Today, thanks to Mancuso, I can say that the brand is finally being recognized as it deserves.
A special thanks to technician Giuseppe, a true professional: attentive to customer needs, precise, competent, and capable of providing timely answers to every question.
Impeccable service in every way—highly recommended!
