I was greeted with great kindness on the phone: the lady who answered was clear, courteous, and very prompt in explaining everything to me in detail. I own an Electrolux appliance, one of the best brands on the market, but which in the past had been disappointing in its after-sales service. Today, thanks to Mancuso, I can say that the brand is finally being recognized as it deserves. A special thanks to technician Giuseppe, a true professional: attentive to customer needs, precise, competent, and capable of providing timely answers to every question. Impeccable service in every way—highly recommended!
