22/02/2024: Ci sono andato più volte.. non sono mai rimasto piacevolmente colpito da come si mangia, ma questo lascia il tempo che trova, anche perché onestamente la pizza è anche decente per carità... Purtroppo però nelle ultime due occasioni sono accadute un paio di situazioni a dir poco spiacevoli per non dire imbarazzanti. Nella prima occasione (delle ultime due appunto), sapendo che era un "giropizza" con un importo ben preciso a testa comprensivo di bevande e coperto, sono stati conteggiati 2 coperti in più di quante persone realmente fossimo (pertanto 36 eur in più) e, dopo aver fatto notato l'errore, ci sono stati chiesti 4 euro di differenza per un impasto senza glutine (su un conto di circa 350 euro)... lecito, per carità, ma a dir poco imbarazzante! Nell'ultima occasione qualche giorno fa, nel conto è stata inserita una pizza in più che non è mai arrivata al tavolo e, dopo averlo fatto notare al cameriere, lo stesso diceva che fosse impossibile in quanto da noi ordinata al 100%. Abbiamo cortesemente insistito ma la sua risposta "educatissima" è stata *forse va manciasti*... NO COMMENT.. alla cassa, anche la signora (presumibilmente moglie del titolare) non ne voleva sapere di scalare 8 euro di questa pizza dal conto totale (di circa 335 euro).. fino all'arrivo di un altro cameriere assolutamente educato e professionale che, anche se non ricordava, ha ammesso che potrebbe essere stato un errore vista la grande confusione. Allora si che la signora, sbuffando infastidita, ha scalato 8 euro dal conto finale. In sintesi... Lei e il cameriere poco professionali e poco educati. L'altro cameriere, un signore più anziano del primo, assolutamente corretto e professionale tant'è che l'ho personalmente ringraziato. Ultima cosa del tutto deplorevole: il signor NINNI (mi pare sia questo il suo nome) si è permesso di chiedere il mio numero di telefono a qualcuno e di scrivermi in privato la mattina seguente da GRANDISSIMO MALEDUCATO impertinente. Cosa che non dovrebbe MAI accadere a mio modesto parere. Ovviamente risponderà anche a questa recensione ma nulla da eccepire poiché è un suo diritto. Però, ripeto, privatamente sul cellulare di un cliente quello proprio no!!!

I've never been pleasantly impressed by how the food is eaten, but that leaves time to be found, also because honestly the pizza is also decent for goodness sake... Unfortunately, however, on the last two occasions a couple of situations that are unpleasant to say the least, not to mention embarrassing. On the first occasion (of the last two in fact), knowing that it was a "giropizza" with a very specific amount per person including drinks and cover charge, 2 more covers were counted than how many people we actually were (therefore 36 euros more) and , after having noticed the error, we were asked for a 4 euro difference for a gluten-free dough (on a bill of around 350 euros)... legal, for goodness sake, but embarrassing to say the least! I forgot... since it was all in cash I HAD to ask for the receipt... On the last occasion a few days ago, an extra pizza was included in the bill which never arrived at the table and, after pointing it out to the waiter , he himself said that it was impossible as it was 100% ordered by us. We politely insisted but his "very polite" response was *maybe it's tipping*... NO COMMENT.. at the checkout, even the lady (presumably the owner's wife) didn't want to know about deducting 8 euros of this pizza from the total bill (about 335 euros).. until the arrival of another absolutely polite and professional waiter who, even if he didn't remember, admitted that it could have been a mistake given the great confusion. So yes, the lady, huffing annoyed, deducted 8 euros from the final bill. In summary... She and the waiter were unprofessional and uneducated. The other waiter, an older gentleman than the first, was absolutely correct and professional, so much so that I personally thanked him. Last, completely deplorable thing: Mr. NINNI (I think this is his name) took the liberty of asking someone for my telephone number and writing to me privately the following morning as a GREATLY RUDE impertinent person. Which should NEVER happen in my humble opinion. Obviously he will also respond to this review but there is nothing to complain about as it is his right. But, I repeat, privately on a customer's mobile phone, not that!!!
