22/03/2025: I have been going there for over 20 years, since the time of Lillo the chef with the striped trousers. Beautiful restaurant well furnished (working fireplace). care and attention to the dishes of the centuries-old tradition of the change or rest stations (stazzuni) Carrapipi Sicilian saffron was found and loaded, then sulfur gave impetus to the area. The restaurant offers excellent and various first courses, unfortunately little innovative choice in the second courses: but the tripe is exceptional. Moderate prices compared to those that enrich (?) the restaurateurs located up to 25 km from the Sicilian coast.

03/11/2024: after being nearby we went to Valguarnera and stopped for dinner, we were very satisfied with the pizzas and the starter, very friendly people and really good food.

23/08/2024: Really good pizzas, good dough and plenty of toppings. The girl who served us at the table was kind and met all our requests. Special praise must be given to Calogero who, due to my distraction, found my wallet and made sure to get it back to me INTACT with everything it contained, avoiding hassles as I found myself passing through Valguarnera. Thank you

11/03/2025: Spaghetti carbonara 4/10, burnt bacon /pancetta/. Spaghetti con gamberi, pistaccio - we couldn't find any shrimps there, some leftovers 3/10. I don't know where all these good reviews come from. Maybe they just treated us that way. Chef, how could you screw up such simple dishes??? It was cold there... I don't recommend it.
