30/12/2025: The pizza maker and his wife are very friendly and genuine, and they run a small family business. Most people order for takeout, as there are only a few seats. We had two different pizzas with pistachios, ham or bacon, and several cheeses, which were simply incredibly delicious.
21/12/2025: Excellent pizza as always, friendly staff and fair prices, a real shame there isn't room for more seating, but it's still worth it

08/12/2025: If the Sicilian Onion had its own kingdom, it would undoubtedly be Bar Pica in Paternò.
Here, Her Majesty the Onion reaches levels that border on culinary poetry: "sublime" is even an understatement to describe a product made with premium ingredients and the artisanal care that only expert hands can provide.
One bite and it's an explosion of Sicily: flavors, aromas, and traditions blend together in a perfect mix that literally sends the palate into ecstasy.
A masterpiece: 100 with honors.
Absolutely highly recommended. An experience every diner lover must try at least once in their lifetime.

08/12/2025: Parenti is a place frozen in time. It's still one of those places where you can feel the products are made with love, both in their service and in their taste! Congratulations!
07/08/2025: Perfect for a quick refreshment stop on the way to Etna. We had arancini and fries, all excellent. Very low prices. However, the place was almost completely clean. The bathroom in particular was unusable. Too bad.

Very low prices for high-quality products.
I had a granita, two croissants, and two coffees for €6;
Since I had such a good experience, I stopped by again for lunch and got nine slices of pizza for less than €15.

It's highly regarded for the quality of its products, especially its brioches, granitas, and fresh and tasty hot snacks. The staff is courteous and quick with their service, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. It's an ideal place for both a hearty breakfast and a break during the day. Unfortunately, I've only encountered a sub-par hot snack once. But the overall quality remains high, making it one of the most recommended bars in town.

However, I would point out the uncontrolled screaming of kids in the dining room.
The bathroom door was always open for kids.
No warnings were issued for the constant disturbance.
We couldn't wait to leave.
I strongly advise against staying on these occasions.
