15/12/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying a truly sublime lunch at the home restaurant of this delightful B&B in Licodia Eubea. Unique flavors and aromas in every dish Francesco offered, from perfectly cooked zucchini flavored with wild fennel to sweet and sour eggplant with toasted almonds and raisins, not to mention the "sparacello" with dried tomatoes and caciocavallo cheese, which I would have brought back to Rome if only I could. Homemade bread, artichoke meatloaf, almond parfait, and fresh ricotta whose flavors of yesteryear were truly heartwarming. Above all, the hospitality of our hosts Francesco and Piero and the enchanting setting. Worthy of a gourmet restaurant, with the added bonus of a warm welcome and the authenticity of local ingredients. If only they were in Rome!!! Congratulations and thank you for the experience!
