The owner and waiters are distinguished by their kindness and professionalism, always present but never intrusive, which I greatly appreciate. But let's get to the heart of the evening: the pizza! The dough is light and flavorful, the ingredients high-quality, and perfectly cooked. Every bite is a pleasure. To top it all off, their selection of craft beers is truly remarkable. I had the opportunity to try several, all top-notch and perfect with pizzas. It's clear that careful research goes into their beer list, which further elevates the culinary experience. I was so impressed that I returned the next day with others, eager to share this pleasant discovery with them. And my second visit confirmed the quality and courtesy I had initially encountered. In short, if you're looking for a pizzeria where you can enjoy excellent pizzas, paired with an excellent selection of craft beers, and where you'll feel welcomed with warmth and professionalism, this is the place. Highly recommended!

21/07/2025: Hotel Feudi del Pisciotto is set in a beautiful estate where you feel completely secluded. Far from the hustle and bustle, this domain is a true oasis of calm and tranquility. Their restaurant is highly recommended—we had an amazing evening enjoying excellent food and a peaceful atmosphere.

06/07/2025: An overall beautiful stay! The property is stunning; large but feels private. The staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. The rooms elegant and fitting to the surrounds. The food and wine delicious. Overall, a gem in Sicily.

06/04/2025: I am Neapolitan, I love Sicily, I love Sicilians. My customers from Niscemi sent me these delicious Furticchiu arancini, with ragù they are VERY GOOD delicacies. Long live Sicily!!!!!

27/06/2025: Our first stop every time we come to Niscemi. Delicious ice cream, the pistachio ice cream is at least as good or even better than the one from Bronte and, along with the Gelateria Lucchese bar in Palermo, my favorite ice cream parlors in Sicily. They also serve pizza and snacks. The last time we were there (on a Sunday), they didn't have any arrancini; perhaps they're only available on certain days of the week. The café is a bit outside the center, so it's easy to park right in front. They used to have a larger covered outdoor seating area (tent), but that's no longer there, but you can still sit inside or outside. Sometimes the senior manager is still behind the counter. The toilets are of the generally prevailing standard in Sicily.

21/06/2025: In this place, the covers to be covered come before a satisfied customer :( Following a reservation for 9 pm, we show up at 9.17 pm (because it is impossible to find a parking space in the area) and we are told that the table was given because we are late. The courtesy of wanting to find a new solution is appreciable, but a table for 4 does not seem to be the right one for 8 people. Sorry, we will return (?) maybe on foot
