28/10/2025: After much research, we decided to stay at this property... perhaps we had too high expectations... considering it was late summer, that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service... since we were informed that there would be a waiter by the pool (who wasn't there), we called reception to request service (he arrived, and after we ordered, the wait was endless). The room was large, but with only one small window, a bit claustrophobic; the standard room was very expensive for the room itself. Breakfast was unimpressive, with fresh, tasty products. Dinner... the location for dinner was unique in itself, very elegant... it's a shame the service wasn't up to par; we asked for a change of glass and plate because they tasted 'fresh' (this can happen, but the way I was told about it was, to say the least, elegant, to say the least). Overall, the risotto was delicate, and the fish appetizer was delicious. I'm sharing my experience because I'd like to see the little things not taken for granted, but rather to take extra care of the customer. I don't know if I'll return because overall, the value for money was not worth everything.

23/10/2025: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the wine experience and tour are of very high quality. Unfortunately, the dining experience in the restaurant doesn’t match the same level as the wine experience. My advice: don’t go for the tasting menu or the wine pairing — it’s not worth it. The rooms are comfortable, but we had an issue with ours. The staff kindly changed our room, but no one offered us dinner, lunch, or even a discount after a sleepless night caused by a terrible pipe noise. Of course, accidents can happen, but offering only a bottle of wine (which probably cost them $1) felt a bit disappointing. The place itself is a dream come true, so it’s a shame they weren’t fully prepared to make us feel 100% happy.

23/09/2025: I visited you on Sunday for the second time in a few years (I don't live in Niscemi). The pizza was excellent, and the appetizers and first courses were superb. The staff were very friendly, and Maria Quinci was truly welcoming. I'll gladly return. Congratulations.

15/06/2025: Siamo stati in cinque a cena e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il ristorante è molto grande all’esterno e, nonostante ci fossero due feste di comunione in corso contemporaneamente, i camerieri sono stati sempre attenti e organizzati. Il cibo era ottimo e il rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero buono. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

16/09/2025: This venue is a true gem, with an enchanting atmosphere and a very elegant room overlooking the pool. I recommend it to anyone who, like us, has chosen to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday in a setting of extreme elegance and refinement.

15/09/2025: I do not recommend it to anyone. I have been to this estate for a ceremony. The food was terrible, the cleanliness was below zero, the windows were dusty, the floor had at least 5 centimeters of dust, the bathrooms were never cleaned, the waiters were zero. A truly pitiful location. For anyone who wants to organize an event, I do not recommend it at all.
