15/02/2024: New Year's Eve to forget. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The place is very beautiful, but there are many things to review, too many... especially in the organization of larger events like the one they tried to organize on New Year's Eve, but the only big thing was the price. Sin. The rooms, those in the detached body, are not bad but in winter you freeze to death, I didn't sleep a wink at night. The wi-fi doesn't work anywhere, there is little cell reception.
The food is not bad, but repetitive. We had a package for dinner on the 31st and lunch on the 1st, but the menu was repetitive, the children's menu unchanged. Not to mention that for the dinner on the 31st, at 01:00 in the morning they removed everything from the table, even the glasses... It was really embarrassing.
Terrible breakfast. We will definitely not be returning.

17/03/2024: Un'esperienza indimenticabile.
Vi dico perché:
1) pulizia da 10 e lode ovunque;
2) professionalità e cortesia misurate, mai stucchevoli;
3) piatti straordinari preparati con cura e maestria anche grazie all'uso di materie prime eccellenti e del territorio (l'olio, servito in anteprima per gustarlo con il pane e i grissini della casa, è sublime);
4) la mise en place è perfetta.
Abbiamo gustato un primo di pesce (cernia spettacolare) e uno di carne (sugo e pezzetti di carne e salsiccia indimenticabile), oltre a due antipasti con carciofi ( eccellenza del territorio) semplicemente meravigliosi.
Poi, avendo saputo che amiamo i carciofi, la titolare ci ha offerto due carciofi preparati in due diverse ricette.
Prezzi nella norma.

16/03/2024: Una vera sorpresa nel centro di Niscemi, "capitale del carciofo".
Locale piccolino ed elegante, musica di sottofondo gradevolissima, squisiti gli spaghetti con sugo di cernia e il baccalà fritto con carciofi. In omaggio 2 carciofi violetti eccezionali. Il servizio curato dai gentilissimi proprietari.
Se non fosse così decentrato sarei un cliente abituale
