26/07/2025: I recently ordered two takeout sandwiches: the first with panelle, meatballs, fries, ketchup, and mayonnaise, and the second a Caprese version. During the phone order, the operator was very friendly and thorough, carefully confirming all the requested ingredients. Upon collection, which was slightly delayed by about five minutes, I unfortunately encountered some issues. The first sandwich was completely missing fries, an ingredient explicitly requested and confirmed. Personally, I believe that the omission of agreed-upon ingredients significantly compromises the experience, especially when it involves essential ingredients. Regarding the Caprese sandwich, I noticed that the lettuce was devoid of any seasoning, and the amount of mozzarella was so minimal that half the sandwich was unbalanced and missing its main ingredient. I should point out that the quality of the ingredients used seemed good, but I believe that greater attention to preparation and respect for customer requests is essential to ensure a service consistent with expectations.

06/03/2026: Last night, I had pizza with my family, and I tried ComuSiChiama's pizza...they've always raved about it, and it didn't disappoint. Perfect leavening, exceptional and abundant ingredients, very good...I even gave my tips for perfecting their signature pizza 😉 The atmosphere is very casual, with very vintage and refined decor that makes you feel right at home... The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. My first time there went very well, and it certainly won't be my last 🥰

14/12/2025: I visited Sabia Restaurant for lunch on Sunday, December 14, 2025, with a large group of friends, divided among the restaurant's various tables, with a pre-arranged menu. In addition to a small selection of appetizers, they served a meat-based menu consisting of an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, and a slice of excellent cake. All washed down with mineral water, red wine, and prosecco. I must honestly say that everything was more than good, with top-notch service. Final price per person: €50.

23/12/2025: I was staying at the hotel across the street with my family this summer, and we spent ages looking for somewhere to eat. When we stumbled upon this restaurant, we were thrilled. The pizza and the various fries are absolutely delicious. The atmosphere in the back is really lovely, and you can feel completely at ease sitting there. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It's a fantastic restaurant, and if I ever go back to Gela, I'll definitely come back here. I hope the restaurant maintains its high quality, and I highly recommend it.

04/11/2025: Good things always happen by chance. This is one of the few good ones. On a special Saturday evening, traveling to Gela from the province of Ragusa, we found ourselves booking at this place based on the reviews we'd seen. They warmly welcomed us despite the late hour (10:00 PM), and we enjoyed an excellent pizza and drank an excellent beer. The pizza in the photo (mine) is a pizza that contrasts sweet and savory, seemingly simple, refined in reality, and not as banal as it seems. To accompany this pizza (made with whole wheat dough), I ordered an excellent beer, a bit drier and more bitter, which pairs wonderfully with the contrast of the pizza's ingredients. Will we be back? Yes! P.S.: One of the most digestible pizzas I've ever eaten, one of the few I can remember that didn't leave me clinging to a bottle of water all night. Kudos to the staff!
