17/08/2026: Rude Owner - I've never felt so humiliated. It's Sunday, August 16th, and friends invited me to this pizzeria. Since I have allergies, I always go to talk to the chefs and pizza chefs to understand what I can eat and verify whether the foods (in this case, pizza) contain the substances I'm allergic to, one of which is "improvement" (an additive/baking powder). Only in this way can I be sure I can eat peacefully and not end up in the hospital. This is a situation I've learned to manage emotionally over the years, and it doesn't bother me when I go out for dinner with friends. ​When I asked to speak to the pizza chef and explained the reason, the owner stood in front of me, spreading his arms and placing himself between me and the counter. I politely explained that only the pizza chef could give me certainty about the ingredients in the dough, since I'd had a manager assure me in the past that the ingredients were allergen-free, even though they were, putting me at risk of getting sick. At that point, the man raised his voice, saying that his word should be enough for me and that I was wasting his time. He didn't answer, when I repeatedly asked him if he personally made the dough. He then took a bag of dried product (which he claimed was used), rudely telling me to read it and that that was enough for me. He added that if he had ten people like me, "preventing him from working with all these questions" and wasting all that time, he would have to close down. After urging him to tone it down—and completely ignoring privacy, given that he shouted out my health problems in front of everyone—I left. I joined my friends at the table, said goodbye, and left. I have NEVER received such treatment, such rudeness, and such aggression from anyone, let alone a restaurant owner. Rudeness and an inability to manage stress are not the customer's problem.

16/08/2026: We had a truly positive experience at Coltello e Forchetta Pizzeria Ristorante! 🍕❤️ Beyond the quality, I'd especially like to highlight the kindness of the owner and all the staff. Everyone was very helpful, polite, and attentive to the customer. A special mention goes to Nadia, who was truly fantastic: she demonstrated immense patience and professionalism, even addressing some issues with great calm, courtesy, and helpfulness. It's not easy to find people who can handle every situation with this attitude. My compliments to the entire staff! It was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back. ❤️

03/05/2026: Excellent place I enjoyed a nice place of fresh busiate with fresh prawns and pistachios and a nice tiramisu made directly by them on the spot accompanied by a nice glass of wine and a nice coffee I highly recommend it

24/08/2026: We had dinner at La Sogliola in Seccagrande on Saturday, August 8th, and chose the famous €40 per person fixed fish menu. Overall, we had a really good time and will definitely be back. The star of the show is undoubtedly the food: the food is truly excellent, and above all, a lot of it. The menu features a long succession of courses, with about a dozen hot and cold fish appetizers, followed by two first courses. Among the various dishes, we also enjoyed couscous, mussels, and numerous seafood specialties, including busiate pasta with lobster and chopped pistachios. We enjoyed everything we tried, and the quantities were truly impressive. You need to arrive hungry! 😄 The service was also very good, with helpful and efficient staff despite the restaurant being very busy. The restrooms were clean, and another definite plus is the large, convenient, and easily accessible parking lot. The aspect that we think could be improved, above all, is the structure, which is quite simple and could certainly be improved with some modernization. The restaurant is air-conditioned, but during our evening, in the middle of August, it was still quite hot, and a few degrees cooler would have made the experience much more comfortable. A few seats outside would also be appreciated for those who go outside to smoke. However, these are secondary aspects compared to the main reason people come here: to eat excellent fish in truly extraordinary quantities, at a very good quality-price ratio. The restaurant is very popular, especially in high season, so we recommend booking. We deserve a 5-star rating and an experience we absolutely must repeat. With some improvements to the structure and comfort of the restaurant, it could easily take a further leap in quality. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

23/08/2026: The staff was always available, fantastic, and incredibly kind. Carlo, the very kind waiter, was fantastic (the other staff was also excellent). The food was delicious: the fish was incredibly fresh, and there was virtually no wait. We felt great with the excellent service that was always there. They also handled our one-year-old daughter perfectly. The price was fair, an experience I'd definitely repeat. I also loved the little aquarium with the lobsters. Federico

05/08/2026: Our go-to pizza spot in Sicily. Even though we spend our summers in Sciacca, when we're craving pizza, we head to Ribera and always choose DA GIULIO. We've also tried the gluten-free pizzas, and they're just as good as the classics. The toppings are always high-quality and plentiful. Prices are always very reasonable.

06/08/2026: Spectacular and piping hot arancini! Fantastic experience at this bar! We had delicious arancini, freshly prepared and fried. The difference compared to the reheated ones is truly noticeable: the breading was super crunchy and the filling was stringy and flavorful. A true delight. Friendly staff and fast service. Highly recommended if you're passing by!

18/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic restaurant in Ribera! As German tourists, we were truly impressed by Ristorante Capriccio: very friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional food. Fresh pasta and fish, delicious pizza. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back!

The staff is friendly and attentive, the dining room is small but well-organized, and the pizzas are delicious. We tried appetizers, pizzas, and desserts, and everything was delicious. Reasonable prices! I highly recommend it 💯
