17/07/2026: It's a trattoria, so the decor is simple, but the quality of the products and the deliciousness of the dishes are worth the trip. The fish dishes are the best (fried anomoni, grouper ravioli, perfect fried fish, shrimp with Vernaccia), but the meat menu is also excellent. What can I say? We had a wonderful time!!! 17/07/2026: We stumbled upon Zimà almost by chance... and it was one of the most wonderful surprises of our trip to Sardinia. Every dish was simply extraordinary: authentic yet refined flavors, top-quality ingredients, impeccable presentation, and an attention to detail evident from the first bite to the last. You can taste the passion, talent, and respect for the cuisine here. The service was also exceptional: professional, warm, and never intrusive. We felt welcomed as guests, not just customers. It's rare to leave a restaurant feeling like you've had a truly special experience, but at Zimà, that was exactly what happened. In our opinion, this restaurant absolutely deserves a Michelin star. Thank you so much to the entire team for an unforgettable evening. We'll definitely be back!
