19/10/2025: I could thank her for the good coffee or the excellent apple juice, but the real added value is her friendliness and, above all, her hospitality! We asked for sandwiches, but instead of selling them to us, she suggested we stop by the village festival to try the local products! A fantastic experience for us, and a real accolade for her as a champion of this magnificent area!

07/04/2026: We spent Easter Monday with our family at the "starred" restaurant Niala, asking price €100 per person. We had arrived with great enthusiasm from Olbia, where everyone says the prices are high. For that price, we expected a menu of the highest quality—I'm not talking about quantity, but quality, a word the owners either don't understand or pretend not to, thinking we're just chickens to be plucked. Unfortunately for them, all the diners were Sardinian, and all had extensive culinary experience to compare with what the starred restaurant Niala served. In conclusion, the menu was full of words but short on content. Barilla gnocchi in sauce, industrial ravioli with barely any liquid sauce, suckling pig with elastic rind, a bowl containing some fennel, carrots, and cucumbers; a small plate of baked potatoes; a few cured meat appetizers, house wine in a carafe, spring water in a carafe, and to finish, four Sardinian sweets, coffee, and an after-dinner drink. Menus start at 50 euros maximum, but for its quality, let's say 35. I hope this review helps the managers find the right and serious path, because sooner or later the chickens run out and with them also their management.
